The MT Nova Prime, while nice and all, didn't feel enough like what I imagine Nova Prime to be. I was really intrigued, on the other hand, in the one that never was, twice.
This one has my attention by being very different from those two interpretations, and fitting in with a different type of aesthetic altogether. Maybe. I wonder whether MP Star Saber will scratch my 'robot-with-more-robot-armour' itch instead..

Now that you've been on the podcast, it's hard not to read your comments with a British accent.

Aside from now reading with a British Accent too (thanks, Megatronus!) I had an additional thought on the MT versus MMC. While I really like Battle Tanker as an add-on for Classics/Generations G2 Prime, the Nova Prime had me feeling a bit queasy bordering on KO territory. I wonder if that is some of my reasoning behind preferring MMC...

That doesn't bother me too much though, or it won't so long as the "upgraded" winged-mode looks sharp.

Ditto.

Think the toy in all modes looks a bit like Energon Landmine.
Something like this, I'm not interested in.
Was this toy needed? didn't another 3rd party company already create a Nova Prime toy?
Why is MMC creating toys other 3rd parties have already done? like the fembots, Predaking and Nova Prime. Sorry, MMC is far to slow to compete with most fast pace 3rd party companies.

yeah. but he was a borderline KO, and hella expensive.Tsutsukakushi wrote:Was this toy needed? didn't another 3rd party company already create a Nova Prime toy?
uhhh... dinobots anyone? how many companies are doing those? its called competition.Tsutsukakushi wrote:Why is MMC creating toys other 3rd parties have already done?
who else is making fembots? and their predaking is arguably the best one. and MT's nova, aside from being hella expensive, maybe some people just didnt like it?Tsutsukakushi wrote:like the fembots, Predaking and Nova Prime.
..... are they? they seem pretty on par with all the others, and theyre certainly not the slowest.Tsutsukakushi wrote:Sorry, MMC is far to slow to compete with most fast pace 3rd party companies.
