Nice to have picked her up for $10 and not $25!
I'm going to probably end up getting the Masterverse Netflix Skeletor when I see him...
Really like that they actually added to black paint apps to the face.
He also looks to have more articulation than the original version.
I kinda feel like I'm started to get pulled into MOTU, but I know I'm going to stick to the villains if I buy anything more.

Because the current accepted origin is that he was part of a Mattel giveaway that had nothing to do with Wonder Bread.

Got some new preowned goodies, three of them have been modded and the two females haven't. Wasn't quite brave enough to spend over a hundred on new adventures heman even if I kinda really need him.
Darius just reminds me of the skeleton warriors guy.
Rioblast was a whole ten earth pounds which makes him the cheapest a rio blast will ever cost me. I think I have the staction one but I can't remember for sure.
Extendor will always remind me of the episode where bow? goes undercover as a Knight.
Crita was because she's a female space mutant and because all new super robot say she actually has a speaking role at some point haha tho it's the one figure I would have like my friend to have modified with the Cape.
Mara mainly due to netflix Shera and I'm wanting same number of good characters to evil space mutants eventually.

Very nice NA haul! That is also pretty incredible to get anything from the Classics line for such a cheap price. Kudos!
Yes as I mentioned, both Mara and Crita get quite the profile boost by series' end. I'll leave it upto you, after watching the final episode, to speculate on the concept art implications. See if you come to the same head canon I do, as to how "Season 2" Skeletor would have looked like this:

The Netflix she-ra portayal of Mara was brilliant in all fairness, the bad thing being I really need a Madame Razz figure now and I know she isn't going to be cheap. Looking forward to seeing how new adventures goes. It definitley feels like it could have had more going for it but kind of ignores the settting/story for settling for stories with skeletor wanting to beat he-man. I never knew slush head in a tux is/was a thing and I know I'm wrong for wanting a figure of that hahhaha

If memory serves, there is a point wherein that is addressed. Skeletor has never had a better chance than to go out into space and conquer. But is instead fixated on He-Man. Like everyone else can see it, except him.
I really wish NA had been given more of a chance. I liked the idea of adapting the He-Man concept in the same vein as Flash Gordon or Dan Dare. As opposed to sticking with the high fantasy of Conan.
I also find it amusing that the concept art for the unrealised toys of NA Season Two basically puts He-Man into an anime-like Tournament arc. Which would have pushed He-Man into further new ground.
Another NA figure Mattel will never make

I was trying to unglue the Rioblast and figured the chest has bene glued for a reason, looking at the reviews I can see why. He just wont ever be in blast mode, but no complaints as the head visor doesnt even sit at his eye level anyway. Wondering what size Ramen Toys Bravestar will be to potentially go along side him.
Extendar looks great with the Origins stuff, Knights can get away with being taller/imposing and the extension pieces make him look toy like rather than classics/display. Only problem with that he is too tall for my Origins heroes shelf.
Crita gets some more minus points. I appreciate her smart gun type wepon (gives aliens Vasquez attitude) but the bullet strip is only detailed on one side and I'm not a fan of toys losing innovation. Most NA weapons had two uses and it's a shame she didnt get a weapon to faciltate that even with no original figure/weapon to go on. The hair adds more bonus points tho, stranger things would be proud. her head had a bit of bluetack on the neck so she must be as bad as Origins Fistos head for holding poses.

In hand pics of new eternia masterverse beastman are out and WOW yeagh they totally outdid themselves. I might be able to dress up Revelations beastman in the furry gear but it looks as though its going to be too big for him. Hoping for a new etrnia Evil Lynn to see how much more oomph they give her or Trap Jaw.
Also revelations series two is now being referred to as series two instead of third season...so it might get another season yet. Hopefully the character designs look good for it going forward if nothing else.

I binge watched Revelation yesterday on my day off. Thought it was pretty cool. Would have preferred more He-Man in it of course, but still enjoyable. Great job by the voice cast. I'm surprised Hamill used his Joker voice for Skeletor, but it still worked. Teela and Evil-Lynn were the stand outs of the show.
Will post my haul when I get them!

That's a good point. Most Walmarts removed their scanners in favor of using the phone app. Problem is the app doesn't always give clearance prices and sometimes will say it's out of stock when you're holding it in your hand.

The multiple armors are just a nice touch even if he is going to be displayed in only one at a time.
Maybe their next skeletor will be some what similar.

I think the angry face is the best of the head sculpts. But I don't get why essentially He-Man: Masterpiece Collection, via Mondo, are consistently so much more expensive than what Storm Collectibles, HasTak or Neca are doing?

Origins Wun-Dar up for preorder on the 24th, not that excited for him in all fairness but will try to order one. There was supposed to be two more Mattel Creations Origins figures so maybe they will give previews of the next two after Wun-Dar

Not wanting a few Tf titans helped me justify the spend. I'm still going to be spending money to complete my sparkly princess castle as a few pieces need replacing (a few pieces missing) and I want the American table with the place names on the world map table.
Not too fussed about the flag. The top of the castle always seemed incomplete and if my skills with a 3d printer evolve I have an idea to do the toon look bits to be a topper for it. The really cool game of thrones ish gimmick for placing a shield in the Throne for which ever Princess is ruling the castle is really neat. Really out does the flip around flag on grayskull. The lack of internal stickers or walkways/trap is a bit of a puzzler tho as there isn't much to do other than look pretty in there.
It has a few mystery holes which were never for anything on one of the sides which could be used for some DIY attachments. It's going to sadly remain closed on display so I'm not in too much of a rush for inside parts though I kind of want a hammock for glimmer in there.
If the live action series She-ra gets a castle it will probably be better than this. Unless it's way stylised. Heck for the money I was tempted just to get a disney princess castle for She-ra. But retro, nostalgia and to only be missing snake mountain* makes my collection feel a bit more complete (apart from having to wait for more princess of power figures in origins!)

Meanwhile, on eBay:
Boxed Eternia - £9,999.99
Unboxed, option 1 - £3,999
Unboxed option 2 - £2,999
Plus £99.99 postage for each. I'm a little dubious they are all from the same seller
As much as I would have liked to see Eternia remade under Classics. Now I dread to think of the price tag it would have had.

Master verse seems a bit confusing price wise here as they seem to have near enough the same price the first two waves did in the states yet for wave 3 onwards they are costing us £7 more on a standard figure.

Prices keep going up here as well, I think the lowest prices around are still in Canada.
Saw the new Beast Man figure at Target, they had enough to fill the shelf from back to front. Almost bought him, but history tells me he'll be on sale soon enough.
