Psychout suggested including the Arena in round 5 for G1 only (like they did in the scalp) to which I asked how it should score. If agreed, beasts would remain unchanged, but some input is still needed.

I cant see that working very well. If only one side stands to gain from arena bouts, only that side will bother to turn up. Admitedly, there's plenty of billy-no-mates who live in there and dont read the forums or do anything else comunity related...
I know this has been whinged about repeatedly, but surly it'd take OS all of 5 seconds to up the chances of G1 vs beast missions, becuase that's the only real way to get a fair representation in Beast vs G1 tournie right now.

Well Im sorry, but the G1 factions can count me off their target list... I dont see why I should go in the arena when they can can claim *any* kill, and I can claimn no kills. If you want this to be in anyway balanced, it has to be all or nothing.

Oh, dont get me wrong Red, I completely agree with you, I dont think it cant be scored the same way either.
Problem is, the best I can think of right now is that we only count fights between registered charcters on all sides and score it from there, or we start as a full team and have our minions knocked out one by one, but both of those present xp and level problems, althouhg they could be solved by enacting 'weight categories' similar to UFC/boxing etc.
I dunno im still not that keen, can anyone else think of another suggestion?

Why cant the bots n cons not just bash the crap out of eachother too? The they can have all G1 missions ending with 0 or 5 count as well, and the game is naturally balanced. Sure, a bit or rwwriting is needed in the story, but it makes for a fairer game (and means we can either have cross era missions being worth 2 points for whichever side wins it, or have cross era missions being worth no more than normal missions for both sides).
