Can only assume since these Fembots and few DJD toys look to have further along test shots than Carnifex's art sketches. That Carnifex will come out much, much later after these are released.

Kaon is a city. All DJD member are named after a Decepticon city. It's part of their symbolism in 'Con society. Tarn even uses the emblem for his face.

I'm getting caught up as I read all of these threads. I can't decide if this is good and allows my poor wallet a break from picking up some 3P stuff, or if this story is as awesome as some have indicated and I will end up picking them up...

I don't think I need a TF that turns into a chair and a very lanky robot. Cool for the fans of the comics for sure though.

I think it's a cool concept and a great toy to have, but my main gripe with it is that I'll probably have no TF small enough to fit on that chair!

I think the whole of More Than Meets The Eye is worth it, but if you can borrow or find somewhere that will let you read Issues 7 & 8(or the latter half of Volume 2), do it. There's a part where they show off all their powers against Black Shadow, then we're introduced to the Scavengers(Krok, Crankcase, Flywheels, Spinister, Misfire, and Fulcrum) and it all culminates in 'Con on 'Con violence featuring a Grimlock vs Tarn throwdown.

Regardless, that looks amazing. Regardless of the comics, if/when I get the full set of these guys I am totally headcanoning them as a crazy but incompetent Monty Python Spanish Inquisition type group.
