Guessing it's a Voyager class toy. Just don't see this design being Leader class. Speculating MMC made these DJD toys in the older smaller CHUG Scale from years ago.

Think having a Voager MMC Tarn does not fit in with the late 2014 to 2015 CHUG Scale that recently introduced all of those Leader class toys.

At most I think he'll probabaly be the same size as their Nova Prime without the armor. But yeah, a tad bit on the skinny side.
