Yeah, I cannot get past the alt mode, despite the rest looking pretty awesome. I guess I'll keep my Ruination Wrecker team for now...

I'm down with this. He's a bit bright, but I don't mind that. Not bothered about alt mode, his 'bot mode is excellent and that's what I'm looking to pose him in.

Correct! I like Impactor as a character, but never liked this alt mode. And for me, the alt mode has to look pretty cool for me to be happy. (Okay, let's not bring up Wheelie...) I'm much happier with the Ruination alt mode than this, even though this is much more faithful to the comic.

Now THIS is what I've been awaiting. Pre-ordered and hopeful that he's in hand by Halloween. No real reason for that specific date, just doubt we'll have him in Sept.

Just put in a pre-order on BBTS. Can hardly wait. I love how accurate this is to the IDW character model, and the Metal Slug inspired tank design fits him a lot better than it would on Turmoil.

He should def not be deluxe. Same size as voyager springer works from the comics

A darker yellow and matte paint on his treads and this guy would be perfect, I actually like the alt mode too, in fact I'd say it's better than his LSOTW alt mode. If I were still a Classics collector I'd be all over this.

It had to be done I'm afraid mate, I had a choice of sticking with Classics or going Masterpiece, as I couldn't justify both, also I didn't like the over reliance on IDW styling either, Classics was one of those rare occasions where a toy line feels instantly familar yet is also something that is not represented elsewhere in other media.
