Now, ship already!!

We could have released the toy now, but the concern on the shoulders is that the materials would rub and eventually lose the appropriate level of resistance. We don't want a toy that ends up with floppy arms a few years down the line. We believe a good toy should be forever, and as much as the delay annoys us and others, we think it is the appropriate and responsible thing to do with a high end collectors piece.
As for working on other projects, we work like Pixar, where different departments handle different parts of the project. When the pre-development team hand the designers work over to the tooling and factory end, we move onto the next project. Griffith has been all over the Feral Rex thread because he has worked extensively on the design for the central figure, and because of this he may have inadvertently given the impression that Feral Rex is the most important release for MMC. I have been working on the Animated project for Mech iDeas waiting on the final versions of this to be ready, while Cassy Sark has been working on other projects.
I should have spent more time on the boards addressing peoples concerns for the Hexatron figure, and for not doing that I am sorry, and the responsibility is mine and mine alone.
I honestly believe everything about this figure is worthy of the extra time delays, and the final figure will more than make up for the delays when it is in hand, hopefully in late June or very early July.
Thanks for listening.

So, how is this being offered, and by whom?

You can get Hexatron through PSX, or most major online retailers have him, I believe. I'm getting mine through BBTS.
(I should start asking for an advertiser's discount...)

Sorry, I should have been more specific in the last statement. I was referring only to the chromed pieces.
