That was an amazing deal! Beside, Mantena just have his "ramming bow" as an accessory. A weapon often reused and easy to find.
The paint chipping on his eyes is a common issue unfortunately and finding a vintage Mantena with decent eyes is the hardest part of the hunt.
Regarding old toys and prices, it's still possible to find treasures at a discount at flea markets and thrift stores. All you needs is hunting instincts and a little luck.

The funniest one for me is still the eBay seller of HasLab Unicron, charging 20k
