Eh, which Go-Bot? If you say Dart, that's unintentional as only the base colors match; not enough for a real homage.

It's a motorcycle, and has the design and colors... looks intentional to me, as was the Spoons, and Crasher homages.

Reverb was designed as an homage to Beast Wars Inferno. Aside from the color layouts (especially the head), his tampographs are references: "Calany Racing" is a rather unfortunate misspelling of "Colony Racing" (as in one of Inferno's most common phrases, "For the colony!"), plus the "97" refers to Inferno's release year (1997).

My collection this time around was limited, but I'd have to say the very best were:

ROTF Leader Prime (especially the Buster Version)
'07 Leader Brawl
ROTF Leader Starscream
BB Bumblebee (blows HA 'Bee away for me, although HA is pretty good)
HA Barricade

Thanks for that, but I don't believe the wiki for a second there. Really calany = colony in reference to his, "My Queen" statements which are much more prevalent than his "for the colony statements"?

97, I guess I have to look closer, mine has a big 16 on it! Probably in a little scribble somewhere.

Sure looks like it is more an obvious homage to the gobot to me, but oh well! You sir, win!

I'm gonna list my favorite out of each class:

Leader Class: Buster Prime
HA: Jazz
Voyager: Mindwipe
Deluxe: Lockdown
Scout: Skystalker
Legends: Devesator

As for movie fig that suck in my opinion: Not much really, this line and the HFTD line is seeing really awesome stuffs. I could be biased though as this is the line(ROTF) that sucked me back to collecting.

Something else I really like about the Movie lines is the return to realistic alt modes. I know that's been said already but I wholeheartedly agree.

But when you can't get the realistic alt modes' shells to line up correctly, it hardly does any good. Just saying.

It's 97, it looks like 16 in robot mode because it's upside down.
