Maybe it's because I've been rewatching the Beast Wars series, and Rhinox was my favorite character, added to the fact that I love the Voyager Ratchet toy from the movie, but to me the toy reminds me of Rhinox. I haven't seen the movie yet (but I will in roughly four more hours), so I can't speak to the character's personality, but the build of the figure and his face makes me think of Rhinox or what Rhinox might have looked like if he landed on present day earth.

I know there was another thread out there talking about how the movie figures have similarities to Beast Wars figures. Wreckage kind of looks like Dinobot, Protoform Stasrscream kind of looks like Waspinator or Quickstrike, but more so than all these, I think Voyager Ratchet looks like Rhinox.

Anyone else agree?

Yer... but Ratchet is the 2nd biggest Autobot not including Optimus Prime. And he doesn't act like a big guy in the movie, that is more like Ironhide if you ask me. However Bumblebee reminds me of Cheetor... both Black and Yellow!

I was hoping Richard Newman, Rhinox's voice actor would play Ratchet for this, because he reminded me of Rhinox. If only Ratchet had chaingus of doom, he'd be perfect.
