Movie ROTF Optimus Prime problem

After transforming him into truck and back, his chest no long lifts up when pulling the tab down now. It's not broken. I know that much. It just seems to grind or stick when trying to pull the lever down. Anyone else have this problem and/or know how to fix it? Thanks.

Nevermind I fixed it. Just needed to sand the little tabby thing on him down a little.
