One question, is the annoying comic relief character in it as much as I suspect he'll be?
The film was as much comedy as it was action. Lots of one-liners and comical situations. If you're referring to Scott's Hispanic friend, he was in it about as much as an average supporting character is, and every time he dropped some smartalecky remark. I found it humorous. Scott and even Hank Pym himself have a few good laughs at each others' expenses, it was enjoyable. I really liked the effects, especially whenever he shrunk and was in a giant world. Reminded me of an old TV show called Land of the Giants. I was also surprised at how much Hank Pym was in the film, it seemed like he was the main character instead of Scott Lang. Michael Douglas did really well. There are 2 scenes after the film is over, 1 mid-credits scene involving Pym, and 1 after the entire credits roll, showing a scene from Captain America: Civil War.

Anyone ever tell you that you resemble Eddie Redmayne in that film?

Nope, bizarrely enough, people think I look like John Stamos from Full House. Which is weird unto itself, because I don't think I resemble him in the slightest.

We have a thread for Marvel movies you gits. >:oP

I Netflixed Knights of Badassdom last night. It was silly, a good silly. Summer Glau actually played a human with emotions. That was weird.

I've been watching Archer because I felt really bad that I wasn't watching Archer. Got up to about episode 4 in season 3.

I watched that entire series in 1 weekend about 2 months ago. Loved it. I never thought I'd cheer for a drunken douche. And Lana? :x

I must be an git too! coz I've just watched Ant Man....really good film it is too! The one disappointment......is no proper videogame tie in! YES you've got those recent Marvel games for Android that INCLUDES ant man in them, but no proper game for the major consoles.

You know what's an even bigger disappointment? Movie tie-in video games.

Movie and TV related ... I got this today. Minix NEO X8-H Plus Android TV Box.

Probably a little overkill as I don't have the TV to take full advantage of all its features, but I wanted an upgrade from the crappy Android 2.0 Astone box I had.

I also feel my PS3 (which I use for Netflix and downloaded TV off a USB stick) will be coming to the end of it's life soon so always good to have a backup.

Well don't act so surprised, this happens every generation. It's been almost two years since the PS4 came out, you didn't really think every release would be ported back to PS3 still, did you?

Same with Fallout 4 & Arkham Knight! + Not everyone can afford a PS4 & the price of the new games(£50)

+ I'm still a bit miffed that the PS4 isn't backwards compatible with PS3 games! means your existing back catalogue of PS3 games are obsolete(unless your keeping your PS3 & also getting a PS4).

That's so that new games aren't hindered by the last generation's limitations. There would be no point of the PS4 even existing, if everything they released on PS4 was also on PS3.

Well that's silly. But not unexpected, the same thing happened when people were shocked that PS3 games weren't also being made available for PS2. People tend to forget these things pretty quickly.

So! hold on! in that case your saying then that The Force Awakens will be crap?

GET YOUR HEAD OUT OF THE SAND MAN!

have you even SEEN the trailers for the Force Awakens? A million Star Wars fans would prove you wrong on that one!(hopefully some of them are on here too)

As for Mission Impossible....they wouldn't be making number 6 if they thought the 5th one was crap!
