But for what you want then I guess Photobucket is your best bet.

You can host video, images, flash, etc and categorize everything however you want. And of course, upload as many things at a time as you want.
I love their browsing software. It's like looking at your file structure without having to click browse and then search for the right folder.

Yes it does. ImageVenue has an account feature. You just give them a working email under register and you can keep track of your uploads. They ask that you keep each picture folder to a max of 200MB each. They also give you the coding to make clickable thumbnails to the actual picture.
