Motto: "Expect the worst, but hope for the best. That way, you're never disappointed."
Weapon: Twin Independent Mounted Disruptor Rays
I did what you said. Is it any better?

Mindrush
Allegiance: Decepticon
Function: Weapons Inventor
Alt. mode: Maroon Kia Soul
Weapons: Forearm-mounted Machine Gun
Special Abilities: Sonic Disruptor, Robot mode Hover Ability
Height: 22ft / 6.7m
Quote: "Change it up."

Strength: 4
Intelligence: 8
Dexterity: 8
Speed: 5
Endurance: 5
Courage: 6
Firepower: 5
Accuracy: 6
Melee: 4
Tech Skill: 9
Charisma: 4
Rank: 5

Profile: Mindrush is a lonely, misunderstood 'bot. His personality is quirky, unpredictable, and partially greedy, making him alien to most other Decepticons. Some even accuse him of partial insanity.
Mindrush was a scientist back on Cybertron with a simple life. He had a few friends and usually his inventions worked. That all changed when Megatron rose. He knew energon depletion was inevitable, so he sided with the Decepticons for his own selfish purposes. Mindrush now has a harder time inventing anything, something he would call "inventor's block". He also likes to tell anyone who will listen about his glory days as a young inventor.

Abilities: Mindrush's Sonic Disruptor can slightly weaken the effect of any laser-based weapon temporarily. He can also hover a little bit off the ground.

Weaknesses: Mindrush's smaller size and lesser strength are traits that make him a little-less-than-adequate fighter. His weapons also sometimes backfire on him.

Sample Post:

Mindrush was cornered. Slag, he thought, how do I get out of this? He's way too tough for me, and my SD's would only slow him down. Well, it's worth a shot. It would at least distract him.

Mindrush set his Sonic Disruptors, and tried to negotiate. "Hey, if I let you go without sounding the alarm, could you not shoot me?" No answer. I guess that's a no, he thought. Time for my SD's.

Mindrush activated his Sonic Disruptors. His car mode speakers glowed red, and a horrible screech was heard. "You look surprised," Mindrush said mockingly, "You're not the only one." Mindrush lunged at the Autobot, but also braced himself for impact. He was never a good fighter.

Profile:

Lock-Up looked out at the beautiful landscaping of the Rocky Mountains, the mountain range was, a remarkable spot. But, he knew why he was here, and it was not to take in the surroundings. That was Beachcomber's job.

He heard rustling below! Now was his chance! His newly formed weapon needed a test, and now it was going to get it! He slowly aimed his weapon at the rustling bushes, asking the feeling at the pit of his stomach, 'when?'. He had no stomach of course, he was a Transformer.

A talon peeked out of the bushes just long enough for him to know what he was about to fire on, it was one of the Insecticon clones.

Come on! A little closer! Thought Lock-Up, There you go you little glitch!

Shrapneclone peeked out its head from the brush, and devoured its way through. It took no notice, it had its orders, eat.

The clone was in the cross hairs of his viewfinder. The insect paused.and glanced up at him, it was scanning him to see if he was edible!

Lock-Up fired his weapon, a yellow-orange bolt launched from the barrel of the weapon and struck the Insect in its side, then the Insecticlone fell to its side, dead. Its spark extinguished. It was a clone, so it couldn't of stood up to too much, he decided, but the shot most likely had of been heard by other Insecticons.

A whirl of machinery and servos spun and paneling into place, he had just transformed into his blue and silver Studebaker Commander Starliner vehicle mode, now running for his life, he spun on his tires gaining as much speed as he possibly could. That was the only problem with this vehicle, its speed stank as much as a rotting corpse.

In his rear-view mirror he saw a terrifying sight, the Insecticon army of clones! He looked in front of him, a cliff! A sheer 90% drop to the forest below, he was doomed! Either get devoured alive by robotic insects, or get demolished by falling off the cliff to his imminent doom.

He had a sudden idea, its a long shot, but it might just work! He transformed, revealing a distraught blue visored face, he turned to the cliff, and jumped.

He was in the air for nigh three seconds when he decided it was time to activate the plan. He initiated his force-field around him, a bubble of safety, he then crashed to the forest floor. Was he hurt? He was still alive. Ratchet will have one HECK of a time pullin' out leaves and such. He grinned to himself then stood up grunting with the pain, and transformed into his Studebaker, and drove for home. But wait! Where was the weapon!? He had forgotten it! He checked in his rear-view mirror and moaned as he saw the weapon devoured by the Insecticons.

Abilities: Speed: 85 mph. Range: 300 miles before running out of gas. H.A.: Male, Brown hair, mustache, Average Complexion.

Weakness: Speed. His speed in his alt. is terrible.

Sample:

Lock-Up glared angrily at his radio, the blasted thing wasn't working!

>>De----i-ons in-oun-! Wa-ch y-ur b-ck!<<

Most of the transmission was static and inaudible. He understood three words though, Watch Your Back! Lock-Up thought it good advice to heed.

>>I doubt that you can hear me, but thanks for the advice!<< He called back.

"Your right! They cannot hear you!" a voice called to him, this sounded familiar, scary familiar.

The voice was of Wildrider, a Decepticon warrior from the combiner team Stunticons.Wildrider was a white and red robot with a mean attitude, and Lock-Up decided, should be left alone!

Lock-Up slowly reached down to his Shotgun, resting on his right leg already cocked.

"What are you doing here Wildrider?" Lock-Up called to him, "This 'aint your type of planet! Too, mushy!" Lock-Up snorted a laugh.

"It is! Waaaaaaaaay too mushy! And soon to be destroyed, just like you!" Wildrider laughed maniacally as he fired his laser rifle at him.

Lock-Up was struck in the in the right leg, making him spin counter-clockwise. Lock-Up drew his shotgun and took aim then fired at Wildrider. Making him crash to the ground crying out in pain. Lock-Up was, too, in pain, he faltered in his step as he drew his sword; He cried out in half agony half rage as he charged at Wildrider, making Wildrider transform and flee out of fear. He would be back soon, so Lock-Up transformed and ran the opposite direction.

It is better but it still needs some work. You need to explain his special abilities better in the abilities section. How does a sonic disruptor interfere with laser weaponry? Why and how does he hover? You can also talk about his other abilities here, his intelligence, inventiveness, etc. The sample post needs a bit of work too. I'm not exactly sure what is happening at the end of it.

I want you to go look at some of the accepted profiles before posting again. I want actual sentences for the profile, abilities and weaknesses sections, like in all of the accepted ones. The profile section is for describing your character's personality, appearance, history and traits. All you have posted in the profile section is another sample post. Look at some accepted profiles to get an idea of what we are looking for. Also, turn off your sig when posting in RPG forums.

Profile:
Lock-Up is the average Autobot in many respects except that of intelligence and Tech Skill. He is an inventor and weapons specialist, he would rather put his mind power into something more architectural, but he is happy either way. He is rather like Wheeljack in the fact that practically everything he creates, never works. He doesn't think of that fact as means of depression, but means of a challenge and improvement. Though he prefers not to think nor talk about them, but he used to have family, but he is certain that they died in The Great War, he never even got to say goodbye.

Abilities: He isn't the fastest Autobot, so his max speed is 85 mph. His weapons range is also not the best, his max range is 80 yds. His shotgun has the effect of the average human shotgun, many, dispersing shots. His Energon Sword is able to deflect lasers, like a lightsaber, but it is heavy and one must lug it around until momentum has been created.

Weakness: His speed is his detriment, his Studebaker is not the best choice if he wanted to chase, or run away from, a Decepticon.

Sample:

I hope this satisfies!

Motto: "Good food and good drink can do only half of what their excellent variations can."
Weapon: Crossbow
At the suggestion of one of the mods, I'm trying for Wheeljack. I will admit that I'm poaching the stats that Woodicus has listed, complete with profile. I'm just adding on my own sample post.

Name: Wheeljack
Allegiance: Autobot
Function: Mechanical Engineer
Alternate Mode: Lancia Stratos Race Car
Weapons: Shoulder-Mounted Shell Launchers
Height: 26ft / 7.92m
Motto: “Never do what your enemy expects you to do.”

Strength: 7
Intelligence: 9
Dexterity: 7
Speed: 7
Endurance: 5
Courage: 9
Firepower: 7
Accuracy: 7
Melee: 5
Tech Skill: 10
Charisma: 7
Rank: 8

Appearance: In vehicle mode, Wheeljack is a sleek, curvaceous, Earth race car called a Lancia Stratos. His windshield is solid black and completely wraps from one side to another and accents of dark red and green highlight his vehicle. A large tail wing rises high above his rear end, adding to the manoeuvrability of his vehicle mode. The aerodynamic design of his vehicle mode allows for high speeds and spot-on cornering. In robot mode, Wheeljack stands tall and proud. Two vocalizer plates straddle his mouthpiece and pulsate with a warm blue glow whenever he speaks. His vocalizer plates perhaps stand out as his most noticeable detail. When in battle, his shell-launchers are mounted on his shoulders and allow for maximum attack ability.

Wheeljack's holomatter avatar is human male in about his mid 50’s with a thick white beard, but is bald. The avatar is short and is slightly overweight and wears glasses with round frame. The avatar appears to be wearing a gray sweeter, black dress pants and shoes.

Profile: “That guy can build a neutron bomb out of a wristwatch and a rusty can,” says Bluestreak, and that's not far from the truth. As well as the Ark fashioned the Autobots, Wheeljack is always coming up with ways to improve them, particularly their weaponry. His knack for creating wild new gadgets has earned him a "mad scientist" reputation and their deadly effectiveness has earned him the respect of friends and enemies alike. He is also the Autobot most adept at driving while in his automobile mode and has pulled off tricks that Earth's Hollywood stunt drivers haven't even dreamed of yet. He fully enjoys showing off when the opportunity presents itself.

Abilities: In addition to those mentioned above, Wheeljack, while in robot mode, can use the solid-fuel rockets in his arms to fly at speeds of 320 mph with a range of 800 miles. His shoulder-mounted cannons shoot a variety of shells: a magnetic-inducer shell, which douses its victims in a magnetic dust that attracts ferrous objects from distances up to 4000 feet away that adhere to and eventually disable the victim; a shrapnel-needle shell, which explodes into millions of hair-thin filaments that can pierce even the strongest armor and disrupt internal circuitry; and a gyro-inhibitor shell, which implants itself upon impact and destroys the balance of its victims. Wheeljack is continually adding new gimmicks to his shells.

Weaknesses: Wheeljack is his own worst enemy. He frequently injures himself while experimenting with new weapons

Sample Post:

Command Center
Wheeljack, may have gotten the remnants of the data net back up, but there was still work to be done. There were many other terminals that still needed some sort of adjustment. So he moved over to the next station, "Fire command and Control" the plaque indicated, and tried the power switch. Like the data and surveillance station it didn't boot up, until the under panel got a swift kick. However, the only thing this terminal did was whine and smoke.
"What the slag?!?! These computers are almost more temperamental than Grimlock during a lull in combat." The engineer complained aloud, as he emptied a can of compressed nitrogen to douse the flames.

After popping open it's enclosure, Wheeljack notices that the fire was not major, but much damage was preexisting, and he would need to make a brand new computer, which meant writing a new operating system, but then the core system need to be overhauled anyway. Not knowing where Kup was he opened a channel to the senior mech,
>>Hey Kup, do you know if anyone's found some functional computer parts? If so, I'll be needing a decent amount of them, some of these terminals are nothing more than fancy slag piles.<<

Fanmade Autobot for earth.

Name: Annex
Allegiance: Autobot
Function: Ranger
Alternate Mode: M1026 Aramament Carrier Humvee
Weapons: Adjustable Stock Marksman Carbine, Energo Combat Knife
Height: 27 feet (8 meteres)
Motto: “Move like a shadow, strike like lightning.”

Strength: 5
Intelligence: 7
Dexterity: 7
Speed: 6
Endurance: 7
Courage: 8
Firepower: 6
Accuracy: 7
Melee: 3
Tech Skill: 8
Charisma: 6
Rank:

Profile: Before the war Annex was a prospector who traveled to other planets to explore for and stake a claim on any potential resource sites for future exploitation by Cybertron. This lifestyle resulted in Annex often traveling alone for long periods of time, confronting dangers on other planets, and simply having to rely on his own skills to stay alive. As a result of this he has become quite adept at scouting out various terrains, repairing and modifying his equipment, and how to avoid and deal with potential threats on alien worlds. Because of his job as a prospector Annex was often isolated from happenings on Cybertron, and when he was back home he was so focused on reconnecting with old friends and just blowing off steam he never paid much attention to the growing tensions leading to the outbreak of the war. However, when war did at last break out he didn’t shirk away from it, and due to his time out traveling the galaxy he knew that the only faction for him were the Autobots.

It was quickly learned that Annex chafed under the strict orders of front line combat, but one of his more creative commanders early on recognized the best way to utilize his skills. Dubbing Annex as a ranger he is often deployed in advance of his unit to scout out enemy positions, and lie in wait for an attack. Once his comrades carried out their attack he would provide sniper cover, and if given the opportunity he will even infiltrate Decepticon lines to cause as much disruption as possible before his team arrives. Additionally it has become common for Annex to be detached from his unit to be assigned to long range missions to either scout, or disrupt enemy positions, a task he is well suited for as his prospecting days saw him on long, lonely missions where he spent much time in his alternate mode. He also has a habit of changing the colour patterns of his alternate mode before a mission so he can have better camouflage with the terrain he will be operating in.
Outside of combat Annex is actually a witty and laid back Autobot and he often enjoys the company of his comrades, and he tries his best to endear himself with them. The reason behind is that Annex actually dislikes the long periods of isolation he has endured and he desperately wants to be accepted by his comrades as he fears being socially isolated as well. However, those used to Annex being wise cracking and friendly out side of the field are often taken aback when they go on missions with him as his attitude suddenly becomes stone faced and professional.

Once on Earth Annex has taken on the form of a US military M1026 Humvee, as the vehicle suits his roll as a ranger and can handle the various types of terrain he will have to deal with. Although the camouflage pattern on his alternate mode will change, in his robot mode Annex is a dark green, with silver highlights. His holomatter avatar is a young Lieutenant in the US Army Rangers in fatigues usually in the colour pattern that his alternate mode has currently taken on.

Abilities: Due to his previous occupation as a prospector Annex has developed a unique skill set that allows him to survive on long range missions and can traverse most types of terrain. Although only above average he is capable of sneaking through cover relatively unseen and he can lie in wait for long periods of time in both robot and vehicle modes. Although not trained at infiltration he has learned a trick or two that allows him to sneak into enemy positions when he notices an opportunity to do so, such as a lazy sentry, or gap in a security network. To this end he is able to bypass most security systems, and computer systems, as well as rig demolition charges. However, anything that uses highly complex and technical encryption poses a problem as he often does not have the required time to successfully by pass such systems.

In combat he is a capable front line soldier, but he often does not handle being given strict orders to follow very well as he often prefers to operate under loose guide lines given his role as a ranger. However, if the situation calls for it he will fight with a unit and being a tough Autobot can survive in a fight for a decent amount of time. He is armed with a Marksman Carbine that he has modified with a scope and adjustable stock and can be used as a moderate ranged sniper rifle or semi-automatic rifle when the stock is collapsed. Although equipped with an energo combat knife he does not use it very often as he prefers to deal with most threats at range, generally he only uses his knife when is able to get the drop on an opponent and can dispatch them quickly. Otherwise he lacks the necessary hand to hand skills to carry a fight.

Weaknesses: Although Annex is very skilled in his role as a Ranger, he however lacks the hand to hand skills that most common Autobot soliders have, and if caught in a melee situation he can be easily overwhelmed. Because he often undergoes mission in difficult terrain he has been known to push himself to hard and has gotten himself stuck in difficult terrain or damaged himself requiring others to come to his aid. Even though he is used to long range missions, if left on his own for extended periods of time it is possible for Annex to go a little stir crazy and loose focus on his current task.

Sample Post: He had been parked here for nearly four days now, carefully watching the large opening to the mountain side cave, and during all that time Annex had barely moved and had remained in his alternate mode the entire time. A report had come in just over a week ago that Decepticon Seekers had been spotted operating at the top of this mountain range, but as of yet none of the Aieralbots that had carried out the fly bys had been able to confirm why. Seeing as how the flybots were needed elsewhere command had saw fit to call up their old, reliable ranger Annex to figure out what was going on. The mission seemed simple enough, scale the mountain undetected, and figure out what was going on. Of course at the time he had been given the impression that the ‘Cons had been making regular stops in this area, not occasional ones and he had not expected to be sitting here as long as he had. He had managed to scale the mountain easily enough and after a day or two of carefully snooping around he saw a Seeker fly by and land in this generally area, of course he had left by the time the Autobot Ranger had gotten here. Another day of snooping around had lead him to find this cave entrance, experience told him that it wasn’t a natural formation regardless of how it had been made to look, but he couldn’t find a way in either. That meant he had to sit tight and wait.

After nearly four days of nothing Annex was already starting to think this was a wasted effort and that he should probably start making his way back to base, but then he heard the familiar sound of Seeker engines. It didn’t take long for a trio of the thugs to arrive, though they looked like regular grunts not really the elite that served along side Starscream. Watching them carefully he saw them transform and land, the leader of the group appointed a sentry to watch the entrance as he placed a large stone in what seemed to be a random position and the cave entrance opened. Once the other two were out of sight Annex rolled slowly back and out of sight and quickly transformed, carbine in hand. He pulled out the stock and slowly snuck up to where he had been sitting before. Raising the rifle to his eye he looked through the scope, the Seeker had not seen him and seemed to be idol more then focused on his job. Clearly someone who had become accustomed to routine rather then duty, but that didn’t matter anymore once Annex squeezed his trigger, dropping the ‘Con before he knew what happened.

Moving quickly he ran passed the downed Seeker and into the hidden ‘Con bunker and moved into the shadows. He could hear the other two Seekers deeper into the facility, although he was tempted to hunt them down he ignored the urge and instead slinked along the hall way as quietly as he could and managed to find a locked door leading to some sort of server room. It didn’t take to long for Annex to pick the lock and slip inside. He found a control panel and set out about hacking it and going over the available date, discovering that this location was a Decepticon munitions bunker being used for some big operation they were getting ready to pull off. He downloaded what data he could and made his way out of the room, but by now he could hear the other two ‘Cons heading back in his direction.

He moved back towards the entrance again and just before stepping outside he removed one of his demolition charges and set the timer, placing it on the frame of the door. He pushed the body of the Seeker he had taken out earlier inside the entrance and turned to depart and managed to slip away out of sight just as the two ‘Cons appeared in the hall way, confused over the fate of their comrade. Several seconds later the charge detonated, either slagging or trapping the other two.

Transforming back into vehicle mode Annex began to make his way down the mountain.

“Annex to command, I managed to scout out that ‘Con position. I have managed to recover some relevant data to its purpose as well as sealing off the entrance. I will have a full debrief ready once I get back to base. Annex out.”

Height: 10' 1/2"

Motto: "When all else fails, reload."

Strength: 4
Intelligence: 7
Dexterity: 5
Speed: 4
Endurance: 6
Courage: 6
Firepower: 8
Accuracy: 5
Melee: 4
Tech Skill: 7
Charisma: 4
Rank: Assigned Later by mod

I hope this satisfies!

You need to describe the shield generator and its abilities in the abilities section. I need to know what an 'average shield generator' is capable of doing. Personally I would drop it all together and redistribute those stat points. He doesn't have the melee skill or dexterity to wield a sword very well, let alone well enough to block laser blasts.

Weapon: Energo-Sword
AshesOfPain wrote:At the suggestion of one of the mods, I'm trying for Wheeljack.

Approved, start him in the Autobot base in Iacon on Cybertron.

Annex out.”

While there is nothing wrong with the character as posted, the staff feels like you should concentrate with the characters you have now before picking up another one. I would hang on to this and we can revisit it in the future for approval.

Annex out.”

While there is nothing wrong with the character as posted, the staff feels like you should concentrate with the characters you have now before picking up another one. I would hang on to this and we can revisit it in the future for approval.

With what we discussed he is approved, rank 5.

Bumblebee

Allegiance: Autobots
Function: Espionage
Alt. mode: Volkswagen Beetle
Weapons: Laser Pistol
Height: 15ft / 4.6m
Special Abilities: Enhanced optic sensors, low fuel consumption
Quote: "The least likely can be the most dangerous."

Strength: 2
Intelligence: 8
Dexterity: 8
Speed: 4
Endurance: 7
Courage: 10
Firepower: 5
Accuracy: 8
Melee: 3
Tech Skill: 7
Charisma: 9
Rank: 7

Appearance: In vehicle mode Bumblebee takes the form of a Volkswagen Beetle with an Easter yellow paint job. In robot mode Bumblebee is still shorter than the average Autobot, standing only about twice the height of an average human male. His metallic forearms and legs are colored matte black, and he has atop his head a pair of small horns that, aside from his flashy paint job and large blue optic sensors, serve as a prominent identifier.

Bumblebee's holomatter avatar appears as a young woman in her early twenties, with long red hair and an attractive figure.

Profile: Bumblebee holds his own as an intelligent, brave, and eager Autobot despite his small size and relative lack of strength. 'Bee learned long ago to over come his weaknesses and instead combine his less direct and non-violent abilities, developing himself into one of the best scouts the Autobot army has to offer. Because of his compact frame and un-intimidating appearance he is able to infiltrate Decepticon operations with relative ease. However, sometimes Bumblebee's eagerness to achieve his objectives finds him between a 'Con and a hard place, requiring a hasty rescue from his fellow Autobots.

Abilities: As he can get up to 1.8 times more use out of a unit of fuel than the next most efficient Autobot, Bumblebee is often called upon at times of low energy resources. His visual acuity rates tops of all Autobots: he can spot a 10" x 10", object at a distance of 48 miles on a clear day. His adaptability to water environments makes him particularly important in undersea reconnaissance and salvage operations.

Weaknesses: Bumblebee is physically the weakest of the Autobots and the most easily damaged. However, His stealthy and dexterous style of combat helps to reel in some of the slack lost by these setbacks.

Sample Post: Bumble Bee raced through the unpopulated remnants of an abandoned power plant several miles from a nearby human city. Most of the buildings and electrical towers around had reached the point of collapse and those that hadn't weren't far behind. However, Bumblebee wasn't there to take in the devastated scenery. He already had his hands full keeping a bitey’ Decepticon off his bumper.

His mission had been simple really. "Just implant the virus Wheeljack developed into a terminal inside the Decepticon's new oil drilling construct located in the middle of dusty old nowhere. He would have made it out of there completely undetected too if Soundwave hadn't showed up as he was just leaving and. To make matters worse, the inarticulate Decepticon dispatched Ravage to give chase.

None of that mattered now though. His primary worry now was the snarling Ravage that just landed on his small curved vehicle form roof. 'Bee swerves and taps the brakes, throwing his assailant off of his roof and drifting into a narrow alley between two rusted utility sheds. Cursing as he ruins his bright yellow paint job while lightly scraping the walls of the alley, Bumblebee realizes that the space might have actually been a bit too tight of a fit even for him, but with the slender Ravage finding no trouble maintaining his pursuit, Bumble is forced to press on. As he reaches the end of his confinement, the lithe Autobot finds that he is heading straight for a warehouse with massive multi-segmented windows, a few of which are busted out.

Quickly seeing a risky but worthwhile opportunity before him, he brakes and pulls a hard right, ending with himself in reverse still headed toward the warehouse. Time seems to slow to a complete stop as Ravage leaps out of the alley only roughly 10 feet behind his target. Suddenly the small round Volkswagen Beetle begins to twist and change shape while emitting various whirling and cranking sounds. And before even finishing his transformation, as if in a single motion rights himself and leaps backward into the warehouse behind him managing to get off a glancing shot at the canine 'Con.

An explosion of glass and window framing accompany Bumblebee as he crashes into the empty storage warehouse. Landing gracefully into a crouching position, the Bot’ wastes no time tucking and rolling into position just beneath his window entrance. And just as anticipated, Ravage is quick to follow suit. As the minicon leaps in through the used to be window, Bumblebee squeezes off several rounds from his carefully aimed laser pistol, disabling the unsuspecting pursuer. "Play dead!" Bumblebee exclaims, turning his back to his incapacitated enemy.

Taking a quick glance to ensure that no other 'Cons followed him, Bumblebee trots out of the warehouse through the open garage door on the other side of the warehouse and returns to his vehicular form with no other desire than to get back to the rest of the Autobots and report his success...

Change the dex back to 7 and you're approved. Bumblebee is currently being repaired by Ratchet from injuries sustained on an earlier mission. You should probably PM Ember regarding an intro for Bumblebee, and review some of the threads for a bit of backstory on what's been going on with 'Bee.

His Shield Generator can take hits, but it gives out if the user's power is drained, or if overpowered by weapons with a rank of 8 or higher. Its range is enough for three bots engulfed in a bubble, it can create a wall or any shape but has a range of 60 sq. ft. if lain as a sheet.

Weakness: His speed is his detriment, his Studebaker is not the best choice if he wanted to chase, or run away from, a Decepticon.

I hope this satisfies!

There are still a lot of problems with your application. The staff thinks maybe you should try a canon characters to get into the game first before trying for a fanmade. Also, please turn off your sig in RPG forums.

Allegiance: Autobot
Function: Special Operations Director
Alt. Mode: Porsche 935
Weapons: Shoulder-mounted flame thrower, photon rifle
Height: 28ft / 8.9m
Quote: “Do it with style, or don’t bother doing it!”

STRENGTH: 5
INTELLIGENCE: 9
DEXTERITY: 9
SPEED: 7
ENDURANCE: 7
COURAGE: 9
FIREPOWER: 5
ACCURACY: 9
MELEE: 9
TECH SKILL: 8
CHARISMA: 9
RANK: 8

Profile: Jazz would be cruising down Bourbon Street in New Orleans or be double-parked outside a cellar club in Greenwich Village soaking up the local sounds if he weren't in the middle of a war. He's a confirmed Earthen culture junkie- he can talk fluently about ballet or break-dancing (although he prefers the latter), and he's always on the lookout for more stuff to turn on to. His knowledge of Earthen ways and his easy adaptability to Earthen environments make him the indispensable right-hand man of his commander, Optimus Prime. He's often given the most dangerous assignments, and, with characteristic coolness, usually pulls them off using something out of his seemingly bottomless bag of tricks. He'd rather dazzle you with style than accomplish a mission the easy way.

Abilities: In robot mode, Jazz can use his solar-powered photon rifle with deadly accuracy up to a distance of .9 miles from target, and he can shoot it from virtually any physical position he may be in with equal effectiveness. He can also use a combination of his overhead flame-thrower (maximum range of 250 feet) full-spectrum front grill beacon and 180 dB stereo speakers to create a spectacular, disorienting light and sound show. He has been known to glide for more than 3000 feet using his rearmounted ailerons. His biggest asset is the versatility and cleverness he possesses in using the resources at his disposal.

Holo-matter Avatar: Jazz's avatar appears as a mid 30's caucasian male with dark hair slicked back and a soul patch. Typically his avatar is clothed in casual wear consisting of baggy jeans, some Chuck Taylor kicks, a De la Soul T-shirt and dark sunglasses.

Weaknesses: Although Jazz's firepower and strength are weak relative to that of some of the other Autobots, he more than compensates with his daring and skill. He's prone to be distracted from his primary assignment by Earthen behavior patterns that he finds interesting. This sometimes leads to disastrous consequences.

Sample-Post: Jazz crossed his arms out of concern as he glanced at Teletraan 1's screen. On it resided Optimus Prime's message from Ultra Magnus. As he read the message, he nodded to himself, he knew what it meant for the most part; since the rest was blacked out. Jazz then walked out of the room to Optimus.

"Orders, Prime?" Jazz asked with a smile.

"Jazz, I need you to go with Ironhide and the others to help rescue our team." Optimus said as he bent down his head, "I fear the worst."

Jazz always knew if Optimus was worried, now was no exception. If Optimus was worried, then there was a reason for them all to be worried.

"Yes sir!" Jazz turned with a grin and transformed.

His Porsche mode sped through the tunnels of the Ark, he was nearly at top speed, but he wanted to make an entrance, a big entrance. There was an opening ahead of him, it was the doorway to the ready room, and Jazz knew just what to do. He transformed, curled into a somersault then pushed up with his hands; sending his body soaring through the air. Then he landed on his feet lightly as he looked up at his friends and partners whom were readying themselves for battle.

"Show off..." Ironhide grumbled to himself as he grabbed his gun.

Jazz grabbed his rifle and flamethrower and called out, "Everyone ready? Autobots, Roll Out!"

Everyone transformed into their alts and followed Jazz out of the room and drove through the hallway.

Approved. Despite his canon rank however, Jazz is not considered command rank for the earth mission - Effective rank for the time being is 6. You don't have to change it on the profile, just don't start issuing orders ;)

Jazz is on Earth, you can start in the Ark 19 thread.

Weapon: Dual Laser Beam Rifle
Name: Skyjack

Sub-group: Cyberjet

Alt. mode: Lockheed F-117A Nighthawk
Weapons: Arm Mounted Rocket launcher
Special Abilities: Has a cloaking device he calls Stealth armor which assist him in his spy missions. it is strong enough to make him invisible to standard Anti Aircraft detection.
Height: 25 feet/ 7.62 meters

Rank:

Profile: The head of the Cyberjet trio, though his tenure as such is highly dubious as even Hooligan has trouble trusting him. He is a man who life is a lie, one carefully crafted and spread by his own acts. Rumors go so far as to paint him as an Autobot sympathizer, even an image of him talking with Optimus Prime was spread around. However that too was part of the living lie Skyjack leads(it's amazing what Hooligan can do with Photoshop) and he likes it that way. After all one minute he'll share his energon with you, the next minute he'll blow a hole through your back. but it's that dangerous duplicity that has kept him in place. After all, The only honest thing about him is that he's too unpredictable to mess with.

Abilities: Skyjack is a skilled con man and spy. Though not the best fighter of the bunch he can hold his own. He can travel up to speeds of Mach 2.2 in jet mode. While his Rocket Launcher is rather basic his accuracy is rather good and is steadily improving due to his practicing it on human cars (though he hopes to score a few incognito Autobot kills as he does this).

Weaknesses: Some Decepticons find his manipulations make him too dangerous to work with, thus he finds himself on his own sometimes. He is the weakest fighter amongst the Cyberjets and has to resort to duplicity to win.

Sample Post: "Come on, you can trust me. Would this face lie to you Hooligan?"

Skyjack knew the response would be one of flippant sarcasm. it's what made the dance needed to trick Hooligan work. Get him to vent was the first step. He has been burned too many times but the fact that he puts some value on whatever bond he sees shared with Skyjack makes him quite malleable. One just has to find a way to sooth his ego a bit. Plus it usually helps to talk Space Case into things first to make it two on one, Hooligan hates it. Pressure plus fear that Space Case might do something painfully stupid to him helped.

"Many times in the past and this likely just another on of your schemes." Hooligan commented.

"But I never thought you'd pass down the chance to screw someone over Hooligan. Besides, I thought you liked a challenge."

The next step was to attack his pride. Hooligan was good at what he did, it was on of th few reasons Skyjack kept him around. As much underlying animosity as there was between th duo their combined talents for mayhem and betrayal were unparalleled. The problem however was trying to once again go around any underlying problems. The job was simple: Trick Grimlock into attacking some of his Autobot allies and see chaos unfold. A tricky task but one they could pull off.

"You just had to got there...FINE. I'll join your stupid mission. But if Grimlock blasts us out of the sky it's your head." Hooligan caved.

That would be the last step. In case things failed Skyjack had to find a way to pin the failure on Hooligan. That's where Space Case came in. As the only other witness and due to him being...simple minded, it would be easy to convince him the failure was solely on Hooligan's shoulders. Hooligan would be too busy going over how his machinations failed him in his head to think of winning the speedy brute over. Thus he wouldn't have anything to tell Megatron that would be credible enough to save his hide.

A perfect plan.

"Don't worry Hooligan, I'll take full responsibility for my actions. You can trust me on that."

Let's see; lower his Tech Skill to 6 and I'd like to see a more in depth description of how his cloaking device/Stealth Armor works in the abilities section. Get that done and I'll have another look at him.

Weapon: Dual Laser Beam Rifle

Weapons: High Explosive Rocket Launcher, Rocket Club
Special Abilities: Subject has high speed flight capabilities thanks to fast burning and quick igniting Plasma Powered engines. He can take off in both mode in an eyeblink.

Profile: Different robots have different skills and weaknesses. Space Case's skills consist mainly of going very, very fast, thanks to his plasma-powered engines. It's a good thing too, because his weaknesses mainly consist of being dumber than a fence post. The truth is he's so dumb he should almost certainly have been killed in combat by now; only raw speed and dumb luck have kept him alive this long. He flunked his flight training at the Decepticon Academy twice due to his inability to understand how to perform the necessary maneuvers during examinations and shooting at his instructors for calling him stupid for it. However Skyjack helped Space Case to forge himself a passing grade, seeing a dupe with his speed an invaluable asset.

Abilities: Screeches through the sky at Mach 5 and is quite agile and capable with aerial maneuvers (This has him seen as an idiot savant due to his intellect). Escapes Autobot artillery thanks to plasma-powered engines, the source of his great speed as he is able to ignite them quite easily.

His powerful missile launcher is the only reason he has eluded capture... and destruction. The rockets are specially designed to be used as clubs without risk of explosion unless Space Case presses a specific fool proof made button to arm them for throwing purposes. (made by Hook as he was sick of fixing Space Case after going Kamikaze on his foes unintentionally). They have a higher explosive yield than his comrade's weaponry. It should be noted that he is the best fighter of the Cyber Jets, whose berserker style of fighting makes him a dangerous foe, especially with his comrades goading him along.

Weaknesses: As state many times Space Case is stupid beyond measure. To quote Megatron "That dim witted waste of circuits could be outwitted by a socket wrench." Sadly seconds after saying it Space Case confirmed it by agreeing with him.

Sample Post: Space Case was rocketing back to base after his recon allowed him to spy an Autobot attack force heading their way. Their base looked strong Space Case guessed but he wasn't sure if it'd survive an attack from a group that big.

Then again he wished one of the other Cybers was with him to confirm that. He always felt a bit awkward when thinking about stuff like that without Skyjack's advice. Hooligan would likely make fun of him for it but not Skyjack. He definitely was trustworthy, he said so himself after all.

Arriving at base Space Case transformed and landed, his allies waiting to greet him.

"Welcome back Old Buddy." Skyjack said.

"Congrats on remembering where home base was Basket Case." Hooligan of course was trying to make Space Case back.

"Uh uh, no fighting guys. We need to know what's coming. Space Case, tell us how many of them you saw." Skyjack says, trying to defuse the tension. "Use your fingers if you need to."

This was his chance to prove Hooligan wrong about him. He tried to recall how many he saw: There was a yellow car and a red one that looked the same, that'd be one and two. A big black looking...van thing. That would be....umm...three. A blue and white race car, that'd be four. The fifth one was the big leader guy, Optimal Primer..or something. He then went to count again but he suddenly tensed up, something was horribly wrong.

"Uh oh." Space Case says.

"What's wrong?" Skyjack says.

"I ran out of fingers." Space Case says.

Skyjack let out an exasperated sigh as Hooligan suddenly burst out laughing. Space Case hunched forward in sad shame. He messed up again.

Weapons: Ionic pulse rifle,Energon repair ray,Fusion Cannon(under constuction, not close to being produced)
Special Abilities: Extra fuel/energy storage,smokescreen

Profile: Most would think a train needs tracks to opperate properly but thats where Nighttrain is different. As a brilliant scientist working for the decepticons, Nighttrain was able to turn himself from a track dependant steam engine, to an armored beast on the roads. Nighttrain is one of the greatest minds upon cybertron. He posseses a very large vocabulary and isnt afraid to show it. Nighttrain is a dependant warrior as well as a master weapon specialist, giving him some of the best and most powerful weapons available. Nighttrain was also very fasinated with Megatron's fusion cannon. He's so fasinated in fact that Nighttrain is currently trying to produce a fusion cannon of his own, the problem is that he doesn't have the proper knowledge or resourses need and is constantly researching for the fusion cannon data.

Abilities: Being the scientist he is, Nighttrain has always given himself the best technology avaliable. He carries on his back an extra fuel/energy storage pack that gives him more time to drive in his alternate form as well as more firepower in his robot mode. Nighttrain can also deploy an emergency smokescreen incase he needs to escape a disaster quickly or set a trap for the foolish autobots.

Weaknesses: Nighttrain's weakneeses are that he tries to hard to produce his fusion cannon, that he tries to use it in a battle and it ends up failing in his face. Nighttrain is also claustrophobic and is always afraid of being trapped within tight enclosures such as one-way streets or allyways.

Sample Post:
(Somewhere over a Canadian train staion,4:23 am)
*A large fireball scortches across the morning sky then crash lands on the earth soil.A large figure exits from the burning crater*
"I need to reach lord Megatron and his troops as soon as possible...but I need a way to reach them..."
*notices a deep navy blue steam engine then scans the train. Nighttrain thens transforms and starts traveling down the tracks*
"I really need to modify these wheels so im not restricted to this track."
(6:14 am)
"I think i should try to establish communications with any nearby decepticons..."
nighttrain then sends a SOS on a encrypted channel hoping any decepticons recieve his message.
"This is Thundercracker of 'Starsceam's brigade', I've recieved your message and I can lead you to our base just look out for the blue jet about to fly over your head."
Thundercracker then swoops over Nighttrain, leading his south towards Mt.St. Helens. Out of the blue, two long range missles shoot thundercracker out of the sky,he crashes after transforming into his robot mode. Nighttrain transforms then rushes towards Thundercracker.
"The damage you've sustained is critical. I can repair you but i'm going to need some time." As Nighttrain said that, he looked over to see a Autobot scouting party of three troops heading towards the crash site. Nighttrain pulled out his repair ray and began working on Thundercrackers repairs, and readied his ionic pulse rifle with his other hand...
"This should get quite interesting..."
I am not a GEEWUNNER...I just really like homeages

"Uh oh." Space Case says.

"What's wrong?" Skyjack says.

"I ran out of fingers." Space Case says.

Skyjack let out an exasperated sigh as Hooligan suddenly burst out laughing. Space Case hunched forward in sad shame. He messed up again.

Bump his Dexterity up to 8 and knock his Speed back down to 8. I'd like his Tech Skill up to at least 2; a one means he can't even load his weapon. Make those changes and repost him.
