Maybe they work out they can bribe humans.

Dempseys character or Sams' Boss could easily be guilty of collaborating with the Deceps. We just don't know what they want this time. The symbols in Sams' head?

there's alot of land vehicles I was hoping more for say Jets and maybe an aircraft carrier

Soundwave was also in TF1 as a satellite. Blackout needed some one to send the intel he stole from that American military base. As for which bot the bank truck could be, Swindle might make sense.
