Finally WFC Sideswipe and Starscream. I can die happy lol. Well, maybe not quite

I adore Sides but I couldn't help but notice that he has one too many wheels there. Then I took note that he comes from the Jazz mold. He still looks great, but now that I know that I am a little miffed that they tossed his WFC design (which I loved. Especially the wheels on his back). Still I will but him and pray furiously for a Sunstreaker. that or buy to and customize. Then again Hasbro just loves the repaints these days and it SEEMS like Sunny will be a shoe in. Anywho, I'm still excited and hope these figs aren't far off

Looking at that Ultra Magnus, I predict that nobody will buy the Optimus prime version of that mold (or they will just to get the gun for Magnus

) and they'll all just stick to the WfC version. It's just so much more convincing as an armored Magnus that it isn't even funny. By the way, that sword is so full of Power Rangers Samurai red rangerey goodness. Spoon!!!!!!!!

As for those of you who don't like TFP's Knockout, it seems you may be able to use the Sideswipe as a stand in. Oh and "holy railgun Batman!"

Starscream looks good, just surprised that nobody complained about the nosecone being red and not blue yet. :roll:

Kickback has a very unique look to him and personally, I like him. But is it just me or does his weapon kinda look like Bombshell? The first few pics of him from botcon when the weapon was next to him it especially looked like Bombshell, or maybe more like Energon Incecticon.

Fireflight from Shockwave is a wheird choice but I like it anyway. The mold looks good so if they want to repaint it into some other figures then it's all good to me. It's also good that they didn't forget that Shockwave's chest belongs to Shockwave only and retooled that as well as the head.

I'm on the Ultra Magnus bandwagon. I'm partially thinking that mold was for Ultra Magnus first and Op second the way it looks, but that's just a silly theory.

Everything else looks good. My wallet cries bitter tears. Better sell some of my collection to pay for my collection.

Gotta admit I like Fireflight... But design wise these look like something from eight years ago. I don't know if they'll be worth the new $14.99 price point.

Kickback will be my only purchase because well.....it's Kickback for cryin out loud. I hope his legs bend in a little more of a grasshopperesque style than they do in that picture. Either way i'll get him. His bot mode ain't half bad as well.

It's nice that Hasbro hasn't forgotten about the ugly and monstrous TF's. The whole re-integration of the Insecticons in Prime is a very refreshing change. Hopefully it'll lead into some more ghoulish and gross characters in the future.

These all look great! I'm glad to see Hasbro doing the new game justice. There were just too few releases for the first game. I hope they get to the repaints of the other seekers.

Kickback STILL looks mistransformed(the feet are clearly intended to be flat on the ground). xD But it's also a much better picture than the ones we got before!

Also, Magnus' sword, holy god. xD

Fireflight is pretty freaking badass. Shockwave may have made the mold, but Fireflight kills it! I may very well have to pick him up.

Starscream's cool, but meh. And Sideswipe is a tad bulky for my tastes.

That's hilarious...but true! Definitely need to start saving for all of the FOC goodness to come! Not to mention another $60 for the game itself!!

Crap, you're right. That's Lightspeed. Now I have to get him too.

The only one that isn't doing it for me is Fireflight. The figure looks good but it doesn't quite fit. I think it would've worked better as Scattershot.

Sadly, WFC/pre-Earth Scattershot is a blue tank.

Though he still needs a new plastic representation. His RoTF incarnation was... underwhelming.

Someone just found their Classics Ultra Magnus! :grin:

Starscream is a sexy beast. As usual.

Kickback looks akin enough to be a Classics Kickback. Here's to a FOC Bombshell and Shrapnel!

Fireflight is the one I thought looked unexpected. I thought he would end up being a Decepticon for some strange apparent reason. Looks really nice.

Sideswipe's robot design looks different as well. The vehicle mode is nice. Although I'm probably getting him, I already own the Universe mold.

So overall, all are under my Buy-on-Sight list.

It is amazing how that mold goes from Fatimus Prime v2 to an extremely solid Ultra Magnus with just a simple recolor and a new head. Wasn't feeling the mold as Optimus (Not sure why they changed his looks, WFC Optimus was far superior).

I will be having all of these...except Fireflight. Not sure who he is supposed to be, but I'm just not interested in meaningless repaints. Kickback is really great, Starscream is everything I expected, Sideways is sweet with what appears to be the EMP shotgun (though his legs are kinda scrawny) and UMag is how an Optimus repaint should be done from now on.

It looks like they designed Ultra Magnus and then did an OPtimus repaint from the mold. Fantastic, I'm yet another person that will be buying the UM version even though OP looks awful.

I think these figures all look pretty good but I just can't get into WFC/FoC figures.

Sideswipe looks good and is my 2nd favorite character so I'll pick him up. Firefight looks good but I'm not sure I really need him. I like Starscreams head mold but something seems a bit off with his proportions. Kickback will make a decent Insecticon swarm. I'll buy 3 of him I think. Ultra Magnus looks cool but that figure is entirely too small.

Anyone think we'll get a Jetfire or Ironhide before its all said and done?

That new mold works so much better as Ultra Magnus than Optimus Prime. I may just skip Prime and only get Magnus. I prefer the WfC Prime mold for Optimus anyways. Kickback looks more like a Prime insecticon and that is where he will be heading, right into my TFP collection. Fireflight looks a heck of a lot like Hot Rod in bot mode. I hope that Starscreams canons can be mounted on his arms.

From the screenshots I've seen, those guns are in-scale with what appears in the game. Unfortunately, there's simply no way to engineer giant weapons to fold away well, lol.

Screamer, Magnus, Insecticon, all mine.
Sideswipe looks okay... probably will pass unless I have some extra cash. Even then, more 3rd party stuff that requires spending.

He looks so cool! I have to have him, along with Starscream and Sideswipe. I was pretty bumbed about the movie trilogy series being cancelled for Prime until I saw this.
