Time for my two cents for what they are worth
1)I WANT Orion Pax bought on site...looks cool, although a little more throw back to Orion Pax from G1 would've been cool. My one complaint on him is that he's supposed to be a CLERK/Librarian not a warrior...Just a little too ready for a fight ya know?

Which was enough for TFWiki to consider these toys of the G1/G2 Combaticon characters instead of the WFC/FOC/Aligned Combaticon characters.

Same here. That set is just crazy. The replica G2 packaging is amazing. I don't think replicating the exact style of old school packaging has been done before (minus some of the reissues but that doesn't really count since this is a new toy but done in 20 year old style packaging complete with new old school artwork). Kudos to Hasbro for going the extra mile for that set. I think that's the kind of thing that I'd love to see Fun Pub do for some future exclusives.

The amount of time and detail spent on the packaging is almost obscene. I dare say they spent at least as much time getting everything for the box art as they did producing the figure. I believe there was a statement at one of the cons where the FOC G2 set was announced, where they said they got one of the original artists who did the g1 and/or g2 box art's to do the gift set's art.

Leave it to Dead Metal to have the word 'Pronz' in his signature.
