Malaysian toy shop Famitoy has posted the upcoming pre-orders of the next wave of Takara version of Transformers United figures.
This new wave consists of 9 figures (UN-23 to UN-31).

The figures are expected to be released in January & February 2012.

What's going on here? Maybe it's robot masters being redone. Axalon and "ark unicron" are very strange. I mean, are they ships, or what?

Who could Wingchanger be? Axalon, could he be pre Beastwars Optimus Primal? Thunder Megatron? Beast Megatron could be the Robotmaster T-rex. What about Ark Unicron? The deluxe tank Unicron?

"hero G2" Megs... the deluxe tank mold from classics.
(TFW 2005 reports this as Tank Megatron instead)

UN-27 Wing Changer & Decepticon Wipeout
(TFW 2005 reports this as windCHARGER instead, seems to fit better)
3600 yen is Voyager price, should be windcharger and his repaint, like frenzy and rumble.
TF wiki says wipeout is the name for the car that came with G1 trypticon

UN-28 Axalon
??? Im guessing skullgrin... :shock:

UN-29 Ark Unicron
Voyager price... Can't be Primus unleashed unicron, which was a deluxe

Windcharger/Tailgate maybe. We haven't gotten a Hubcap figure (to even be repainted) since G1.

Seems strange that Takara would be releasing Hot Rod as a United figure just after they've re-released his Henkei version. I'm assuming it will have a different colour scheme, but it still strikes me as abit wasteful.

Can't wait to see what Warpath will look like. I've got Hasbro's figure but it's just never looked quite right for some reason. Haven't a clue who the rest could be. I'm trying to think of all the Generations figures that haven't had remolds announced yet.

Here's a thought: what if this UN-23 Rodimus Convoy is actually a Rodimus repaint of G2 Laser Optimus Prime? Rodimus does transform into a hulking truck in Transformers: Energon. Just a theory. Please don't hunt me down.

Axalon is Sharkticon? That's really gonna need to be a nice deco to get me to bite again. The rest, I kinda figured as much. Hero Megs, might end up replacing the green Classics version I already have for my G2 Botcon/Classics shelf. That Unicron is an odd mold. I'm curious to see what they do with it.

The mock-ups of Windcharger and Wipeout look awesome. I'll be so glad to finally get a Windcharger for a reasonable price, unlike the RTS one that I have given up on ever finding. Glad the repaint wasn't G1 style repaint of Tailgate since I just started repainting a HFTD Hubcap to make a Tailgate.

Damn, Axalon looks absoluetly boss. May be just me, but he looks great

DEFINABLY getting him. Kinda digged the mold but never owned it, somehow it just... works.

Maybe Hero megs would compliment G2 prime? (Still yet to find him)

Windcharger/Wipeout looks too plain for $50... might have to settle on the Ebay prices for regular hasbro RTS one.

At least takara starts using molds from other lines in their CHURUG verse

I'll be getting the Windcharger set for the repaint, the Unicron since I never got it in the past, and the Hero Megatron. I'll be relying on iGear for my Sharkticon needs, and don't collect Beast era figures.
