Several teasers have popped up on 2chan featuring e-Hobby Transformers United sets. The first image shows the three-packs we've seen before in a new angle. The Autobot set features Hot Rodimus, Kup and Scrap Heap. The Decepticon side has Galvatron and his goons, Cyclonus and Scourge. The second image shows a surprise. Power Core Combiner mini-cons have been taken under the wing of Takara! Variations of Mini-cons Chainclaw, Airlift, Caliburst, respectively as Fracas, Recoil and Haywire. They await you when you purchase Transformers from e-Hobby. We'll give you more details after our translators get to work, so for now, drool over the images!

Can't wait to see the paint apps on these guys.

I would imagine that Cyclonus will be just like the version released already this year in that multi pack but I wonder about the rest. If the paint apps are just the same I might not bother but on the other hand a movie accurate Cyclonus + Scourge would be too much to resist and if they do a better job of Hot Rod than the one that came with Cyclonus (that version sucked) then I'd buy it.

I already own Galvatron, Cyclonus and Hot Rod and have pre-ordered Kup, WreckGar and Scourge but will cancel the pre-order for Kup and sell the Galvatron and Hot Rod I already have if the paint apps are more like Transformers the Movie.

Also it looks like Rodimus, Galvatron and Cyclonus will be very similar to the Henkei versions, you can see the chrome on Rods wings, Galvatrons arm, and Cyclonus wings and targetmaster.

Yes, Classics Bumblebee will be re-released and redeco'd in both RTS (Hasbro) and United (Takara).

Then again, I've been treating the PCC 2-packs as Targetmasters since I picked up Smolder. No one said they had to keeped or displayed together.

How many times are these mini-cons gonna get repainted ??? I just saw a couple new PCC 2 packs in wal-mart but I passed because the mini-cons are repaints and the new figures are nothing special. Im not a big mini-con fan anyways, Im more into 80's Classic G1 characters and the movie line is pretty cool as well.

That's because the images thus far are just their Henkei stock photography blackened out. They're not actual pictures of the new redecos.

These won't fit Hot Rod/Rodimus' hands, because he has 4mm hand holes while these Minicons have 5mm pegs.

Yes as it was mentioned earlier he is in United (and in Reveal the Shield - though both are different than each other and all other releases).

He's not chrome but metallic gold paint (like with most of the TakaraTomy Animated figures).

Yes, but Blurr might not have been done because he's based on the comic appearance rather than the toy (TakaraTomy's version even tries to recreate the comic colors more than Hasbro did).

Plus this is probably the only way that TakaraTomy was going to release the other Junkion (Scrapheap).

Well these are the FIRST time they're getting a release in Japan, and who would have thunk, they're 80's Classic G1 characters (Fracas, Recoil, and Haywire were all in G1 in 1987).

The mold for Haywire has already been redecoed twice, and once Salvage comes out (he's not out yet) the mold for Fracas will be redecoed twice in the US.

As for Recoil, the original version of this mold isn't even available yet as he comes with Skyhammer and he hasn't been released.

So I wouldn't make any complaints about these molds yet, especially since these are the first time they're coming out in Japan.

Yup. I'll be getting this set for sure.

I'm cool with the minicon targetmasters but I won't be one bit surprised when FansProject or iGear come out with a new target master set to go along with all of the Targetmaster characters.

So have they been retooled so that they have an actual handle or are these the only PCC minicons that have real gun modes? I have the one that came with huffer and i dont see how they can get a real gun mode out of it wothout some retooling.
