I believe the issue is that, the trailer was "SO AWESOME" it made a few people a little too "excited", therefore causing them to create a mess in their pants.
Granted...I found the trailer(s) freaking AWESOME, but still...if you have that much trouble with control either get a girlfriend/wife, or go to the doctor!

Anyway back on the subject... I will still say I do not care for the robot modes, But I have grown accustomed... they do look kinda neat.

I don't get worked up about it in the way some folk do...but then again...I am a femcon.

It IS a bullet ricochet, and the fact that it happens just after megs stomps on him does nothing but confirm this.

lol...you cant be serious that just baffles the mind, were they using orange nerf bullets....they dont even use real guns at this point of the movie its all hybrid launchers and ****....im not even going into how and where they would take a shot like that in the very spot when he slams jazz down out of the blue.


didnt you also say you went frame by frame and there was no camera rig/black suv in the window...even though it is clear as day and more prodominent then the little green car.

If you had continued to read my posts you would have seen that i indeed did see the camera rig, and confirmed that it is a black SUV and not a yellow sports car that someone originally said was the camera rig. There is a reflection of a yellow sports car, but that isnt the rig.

And if it isnt a ricochet, which is what it sounds like, but if it isnt i can safely say that it isnt the sound of a squeaky toy, nor does the sound even occour when megatron stomps on jazz, but slightly after.

Bay isnt dumb, and he wouldnt allow such a sound to exsist in his film for comedic purposes, not after all the effort he's gone through to make the film mor realistic.

Bottom line is, Jazz isnt making the sound of a squeaky toy, so get over it!

It is either a bullet ricochet, a piece of debris ricocheting off of something, or the sound of somethign bending, or it is indeed the sound megatron makes.

This whole stupid squeaky toy jazz thing is idiotic.

Actually, I noticed that you hear the noise twice throughout the trailer. At that point, and a little further, and I think it might just be one of the noises Megatron makes transforming, or just one of the many whirring and movement noises he makes.

Mostly at the beginning of these threads. Some one says they see something they like by saying they messed their pants, or they just came.

Honestly, this should not give people that sort of reaction.

About the trailer itself, my criticisms still hold up that they look like really fast moving trash heaps. Very well rendered walking trash heaps, but trash heaps non the less. Each is nondistinct from the others. At least with the old designs, i could tell one bot from the other just by looking at them.

I've Seen it (I promise not to rain on anyone's parade...too hard) I've just steered clear of this thread up until now My comments on the trailer: very Bayesque he has always been capable of doing action sequences which is what we got for the most part. My main problem is the character Dev. of the TF's that we don't see at all. So I'm at the same place I was before I saw said trailer. No doubt there will be comments and discussions about quality of scripts and Character dev. in a "Summer Blockbuster" so I'll save my rightous Indignation till then. Thanks and have a happy 4th.

ps...jazz squeaking is just an inside joke...kind of like the dirty words and sex jokes from the disney movies...im sure and it will just be in the trailer and not in the actual movie.

sonray you are cool and im just giving you a hard time because this is just a board....but you cant get past the fact that there are no bullet fired weapons at this point of the movie...they are all using the electric net guns and the bot busting rockets.

I really don't think it's Jazz "squeaking". It's either some little rockets or something flipping on when Megatron transforms, or it's an actual transformation sound for Megatron. At count 2:14-2:15 in the trailer you hear it again. I think it may be the little rockets in his feet flipping on and off...but that's just my thoughts. I do feel it's not an "inside joke" or anything...since it does it at 2:09-2:10 when he's landing on Jazz, and at 2:14-2:15 when he's transforming right above the ground (his foot rockets are flipping on/off at both segments).
