OMG, Junji Ito's 'Enigma of Amigara Fault'! I adore Junji Ito's horror manga!
'Enigma' was pretty good, but the one that scared me the most...I can't remember the title, but Ito also did it...it's about a person in an apartment complex who realizes they have a rather unusual neighbor, and without spoiling anything, things go rapidly downhill from there. Absolutely terrifying!
