Nucleon Tempered Steel

I Nucleon Tempered Steel worth using? It has a pretty steep install time, so obviously, if it holds no advantage over Crystalline then I wil save myself a hell of a lot of install time, as well as some xp.

NTS handles better the damage than Crystalline... totally worthy, compare to Crystalline ;)

now i have n see if tammy says im wrong, but im not now... da! :grin:

im with tif on this. though this is just from observation not statistical analysis like weapons. im still me mind that end is superior to armour. and me course rank shouldnt be more than 80 percent of your strength
