I seem to recall her using a gun at least once or twice in Windblade's series. Might be wrong though.

Also a good point.
To be frank, I just like the halberd. To me, melee weapons can convey a lot more personality and uniqueness than guns can.

That's the thing. In the third issue Windblade made a point to mention that Camians don't like using firearms because missing might result in unnecessary damage or destruction.
You might have seen Blurr shoot. He and Chromia look really close in that series.
