I apologize not a new topic really. However, that scene was amazing to watch really pushed fx for me into a new area. To see prime killed in the righteous forest brawl then brought back from oblivion to combine into a voltronesque kick ass mega Autobot was worthe price of admission alone. Forget the twins and fox even forget meg and scream,

Jetfire Prime was simply amazing . Lets roll!!!! :APPLAUSE:

Once i saw him combine i thought it was retarted looking and just rediculous, lemme put on extra metal and jet engines on my shoulders that makes unstoppable

I liked it! I would have prefered him combine with him while he was still alive rather then taking his parts. Felt bad for Jetfire. Kinda like the autobots were grave robbing!

Yes, I would have been much happier if the had combined while he was still alive.

But I loved the flying Optimus part.
No, it wasn't absolutely entralling for me, but I did like it.

Movie Jetfire is my favorite TF character! It really is a shame that he died. He brought alot to the movie. Such a key point.

I dont understand how it is voltronesque but maybe you just havent seen a lot of combining bots in your day. :-P

But the design was quiet cool.

I Loved the combination and emotion going with it. Gave Jetfire a reason to die which was well played and I felt it made sense as opposed ot Prime Suddenly having combiner capabilities.

I loved Jetfire as well. Reminded me fondly of Kup from G1

Behold!... The glory that is... Jetfire!!! I loved the scene were he crash lands and chops off Mixmasters head and then stabs him with his cane!!

Best line of the movie by far!

Overall, I was disappointed with the character, I'm used to seeing Jetfire being a BMF in G1 and Armada. And I was really hoping for an aerial battle with Starscream. Even if Ol' Jetty would have lost, it would have been a lot of fun. Oh well. Just one more thing Orci and Kurtzman screwed up and failed to get the full potential of.

Definitely should have been an aerial battle between Jetfire and Starscream. If nothing else, just to see JF in action in his alt mode.

Hope wjack will return at 3rd movie and repair Jetfire and Jazz. Those autobots had personality and good personality unlike twins.

That's probably not going to happen. Jazz got torn in half by Megatron, and they would have repaired him in RoTF. Jetfire, well, he ripped his own spark out, so he's as good as gone.
