Prolly not. I don't think I ever read that they were going to make a Grimlock. As far as colors, game accurate/G1/be consistent with Hasbro's Grimlock paint and I'll be happy. I might have to buy this. It does look sweet!

I hope they are faithful to the FOC game colors / design as much as possible, as long as it still looks like it belongs with the HasTak FOC Grimlock toy.
I'm a g1 nerd, but I don't feel like a blue torso is appropriate here...

I'm not sure I want this with out the other three as well.
Also not sure if I want to get into these only to want to replace them once Hasbro or another third party decide to do a G1 version. With Movie dinobots coming I can see G1 dinobots getting some love.

Aaaaaaand sold.
I like that Swoop is a deluxe. He's the small one, the mediator between the Dinobots and the Autobots. This is also very close to his in-game scale.
That said, I am cautious with my optimism. Though Genesis IS incredibly impressive, it takes more than one good figure before I trust a 3rd party company with my money. While I'm currently enamored with this one, I could just as quickly revoke that love once I see its final form.

If what you're really looking for are G1 inspired Generations Dinobots then I would suggest you wait. Planet X is doing exactly what they did with Omega Supreme (Genesis) in that they're replicating what these guys looked like in the games. I believe Hasbro/Takara will be doing some more G1 inspired Generations dinos in the future, especially knowing how popular they are plus the fact that the movie is going to have them.

I'm at least getting this one. They said they are doing them all except Grimlock. The FOC artwork is a perfect classics update IMHO to the G1 designs so I feel Planet X's are as good as any.
We will be getting Movie Dinos, but god knows what they will look like. In a perfect world they will look very g1, will all be voyager size, and maybe a third party head swap will make them look perfect. Odds are higher that they have long monkey arms, short stubby legs, and insect head with too much kibble for anyone's liking.
Since the repaint value is very low on the Dinobots an official Classics/Generations 5 Dino team could take years for HasTak to put out...and would FOC Grimlock or deluxe classics Grimlock fit the group, or would they do a new Grimlock?....just all seems doubtful to me.

I gotta agree with all of this. FOC Grimlock fits in perfectly with my Classics Transformers. Dinobots based off of that should fit in quite well, too.

Hasbro Dinobot repaint value is low? In some regards yes...but if the quality of the toys was good, I could see people double dipping on Decepticon or BW colourschemes, or hell, just make up some new names and paint decos. I'd probably pick up a Jazz or Springer repaint with some wacky non-established character paint job, if the Dinos were as good as those people would buy them.
