EXACTLY! I mean, look at it. It's some sort of truck with a big tralier-like thing on its back and over its top. Not the mention the orange & yellow designs on its side that looks like fire!

I'm thinking this is some wannabe Rodimus Prime design.

Rodimus springs to mind when looking at this pic as well. Specially with the fire on the side. However there is some sort of mark on the bonnet, could be anything but it kinda looks like a con symbol to me.

Anyway it looks kinda bland... I assume/hope it will get more paint apps before it is finished.

That's actually a TF Scout Class once again. And saying it's Soundwave is clueless, Soundwave's alt is completely different from that. Even if it's his earth mode, the truck is too small.

These are the new pics that have shown up from TF08.net which proves what I've said.

(And what's with everyone's bad guesses as to what it is? Sure the naming is okay but actually guessing it's a remolded Movie Payload etc? That's ridiculous. Other than repaints, Hasbro isn't likely to recycle stuff and whip it out.

The only thing returning to the movie line will probably be the Movie screen bots and cons. Other than that, everything else will be original.)

The robot looks like some rejectrd Armada trrilogy guy, but I'll give it a chance. Funky arms though..

Well, the first Movie line DID have a Scout class, technically: the Real Tech line or whatever they were called, plus the Scout repaints that Target sold exclusively under the Movie line.

But hopefully THESE Scouts are based on characters from the movie. If not, at least they're new molds instead of repaints, and vehicles instead of fake watches and MP3 players.

As we reported yesterday TF08net had posted an image of what might be a new toy for the Transformers Revenge of the Fallen toy line.
These new images show us a misstransformed robot-mode and a clearer look at the truck-mode. It looks to be scout and an Autobot.
Happy guessing on who or what it might be.

After seeing the new pics i dont think its a movie figure. It looks to much like a normal TF to be part of the movie line. But then again the first movie had figures that looked normal because they werent in the movie or game so this could be the same thing. Im surprised that its an Autobot. The figure screams Decepticon to me.

I'm guessing this toy is from a promption or the fast action battler line.

The level of detail is not there and the transformation is somewhat simple.

Yikes.

Other than being supremely bland, it has something I hated on the helicopter a few years back... where the shoulders meet the body.

On the helicopter, his arms were just like HANGING off the wings.
In this thing, the arms are just hanging off the panels coming off it's back.

Insanity. Pure insanity.

Gotta be a non-movie scout class...look at the quarter next to the figure. I'm HOPING it's just a FAB...that looks way to simple for anything else.

It's a scout class.. Scout classes don't have details and it's not even transformed. Definitely far from a knockoff.

ive never seen an icecream truck loko like that looks like a garbage truck its slightly modified from the payload figure the back, cab & wheels autobot intersting to see what his name is lokos good but if it doesnt appear in the film i wont be getting him.

i only got one figure that wasnt in the first film that was was..... i forgot his name have to check its right there cant think of it ah wreckage pretty sad when you need to look seibertron toy galleris for the name

yeah, i'm some what suitably unimpressed with the rotf stuff we've seen so far. you know how it goes;

soundwave = generic

dead end = animated

subject of this thread = happy meal

what next? megatron with.... a new hat...
