Downshift with Wheeljack's head and gold arms? Hmm.... No sir, I don't like it.

Every single one of these decos is now canon. All of them have appeared in the Transformers Generations 2014 Volume 1 book's manga story called "Train Wars".

The Grimwing redeco of Silverbolt is supposed to represent an all new Transmetal 2 version of him, hence the toy's name being "Metals Silverbolt".

The page you posted is from the end of Volume 1, promoting Volume 2. The poll is to decide which of those figures is to be the exclusive for Volume 2.


And, yup, Volume 1's out. Some folks have gotten their copy and are reporting on the stuff that's inside it, such as the two manga stories "Train Wars" and Controverse".

"Train Wars" is set in the Japanese G1 cartoon continuity and ties in with last year's "Metrowars" manga stories.

"Controverse", from what's been said of it, seems to tie into the splinter timeline of Binaltech and Alternity, as many Binaltech, Alternity, and even Masterpiece characters appear in it.

I think the few who already have theirs are those who ordered their copies the domestic Japanese way (residing in Japan and such).

Why can't this be a whole line, I'd get most of them.

And yes, I'm quite aware that they used molds over again back in the original series but way back then there was this thing called moderation. Nowadays, they go absolutely ape-sh** cranking out repaint after repaint of any given mold and it's just sickening and insulting.

Though it is the same mold, the Nightbeat head is what'll be used should Goshooter be the winner.

I like the touch of the chromed gun with A3 (Homage to the Key to Vector Sigma perhaps?)

Silverbolt takes the cake out of this lot. If he's given the Million publishing deal, I might pick him up. He's a LOT cooler then the previous.

That's right. Even though there will only be one winner, all ten of these figures are canon.

I'm a little confused, when you guys say "one winner" you mean that only one figure will become a reality? If someone could clear this up for me I'd be greatly appreciated

A little late on the alpha trion repaint. Better alternatives are coming. I already own a custom police sunstreaker. I would rather see the omnibots get new molds. The fallen already has an awesome figure from maketoys. I think silverbolt would be the best option. Only because funpub has been on a roll with beast wars figures, so why not keep em coming ?

This is a poll for the next exclusive to be included in Million Publishing's Transformers Generations 2014 Volume 2 book. Volume 1's exclusive is Shouki, while these ten are candidates to be voted upon by Japanese consumers for the Volume 2 toy.

Thus far, the top contenders in the poll are Goshooter, Metals Silverbolt, Alpha Trion, and Autobot Drift Black Ver.

But despite only one getting made, all ten of them appeared as canonical characters in one of the Volume 1 book's manga stories, so now I want all of them to get made.
