I knew Revoltech Megatron was small but he's even a little smaller than I had thought. I don't mind though.
What surprised me most is how small Soundwave is. I always imagined him larger.

It's funny, the reason I bought anything from BBTS this time was because I heard Classics Jetfire wouldn't be made widely available in Australia. Of course, as soon as I ordered him he started appearing in shops all over the place so I canceled him.

Armada Jetfire I just had to have after seeing those pics of the Astrotrain repaint.

Revoltech Megatron is my alternative to MP Megatron. I could never really justify the price for the MP. Between Classics Megatron and Revoltech I've got all my Gun-former and cartoon accurate super-posable needs covered. Revoltech Megatron is so awesome though that I'm considering buying mroe Revoltechs. Maybe a Patlabor or an Eva but its so hard to decide!

Soundwave was essentially an impulse buy. I'd sort of resigned myself to not getting him. Partially because he wasn't being released in Australia and partially because of the double depth chest issue, but when I saw him on BBTS and I already had some stuff ordered I decided I just had to have him. Perhaps I should have waited for the Encore version but at the time I didn't know about that, and I'm still not convinced that any of the photos we've seen for it are anything but old '80s stock photos so the chest issue is not 100% confirmed in my mind.

The refund from Classics Jetfire paid for Revoltech Megatron but with a bit to spare.
The Nintendo Dots were my way of using up that extra credit but even after them I had a couple of dollars left over. That final bit of credit went towards the change to express shipping.

Picked up two Classic Ramjets at Target (on clearance!) to kitbash.

Got Megatron(1 for display another to keep boxed) and Kiss Rodimus yesterday. Was able to get two off ebay(no plugs) before the ban. Rodimus is an awsome figure. Very cool and I was suprised at how freely his legs pose. This mold is meant for him more than Mirage IMO.

No, that is Supergod Masterforce. Its about pretenders and Powermaster Prime. Kind of a continuation of G1. Its not bad, Kind of have to let go of g1 expectations to enjoy it.

now all i need to finish classics are prime, astrotrain, rodimus, ramjet, and bumblebee.

sure i can still pick up prime and ramjet easily but does anyone in philly know where i can snag rodimus, astrotrain, and bumblebee?

I got the Protoforms (which are very cool), Titanium WWI Megatron and Sunstorm, E-Hobby black Starscream, SFC Starscream, and TFC #9 Starscream. Kinda went on a Starscream binge.

Picked up a spare left gun/wing for G1 Rumble/Frenzy, only part of the wing is broken. Smeg. I gave it to my Classics Bumblebee for the time being.

Well it's been a week since I passed by the Classics section of Toys R Us last week, looked at Starscream, and made an interested grunting noise.

One week, and I now own him, Rodimus, Bumblebee, Grimlock, and Ramjet. The first TF's I've bought since 1990 or so. Man, it feels great.

More will follow shortly. I intend to get 2 more Screamers to repaint into 'Cracker and Sunstorm, and if I can ever find Megatron (haven't been able to thus far), I intend to do the same to him.

My latest purchase was Protoform Optimus Prime and Starscream. They were $10.99 at K-Mart and I plan to keep them in their packages. Will probably buy them again to open.

Still debating whether to wait for the Movie Toys or get the Wave 2 of Classics I missed out on.

went to target in search of classics...1 only had mirages the other only an astrotrain. So i caved and bought proto prime and the cybertron legends pack. If i like prime ill go pick up screamer.

I finally found both protoforms at a local target. Protoform Starscream is actually my very first Starscream.
