I actually was looking at that Black Shadow. The price is REALLY good. Its a generations figure being sold in a line that has reduced prices already. ummmm, but I dont like the mold enough to double dip. Here's hoping I dont regret it!

Bah, sold out and HLJ and AmiAmi already. Even faster than usual. Going to have to camp HS now I guess, though they're usually way behind on TAV pre-orders.

Got mine, just be careful, the one I bought has two right waist panels which does not allow him to transform completely in robot mode. Hasbro said "Sorry, not much we can do about that." Not too sure how to post my picture of it on here.

That price is pretty crazy. Is customer service worth that much to you guys? I hope I am not being negative here, I am just curious. Because that's an extra 30$ than what other japan retailers will sell him for shipped.

Price is always a factor for me, but so is having funds available. Most of the time I can't pick up imports while they are available.

All my MP's are US retail releases with the excetiom being G2 Sideswipe (amazon).

Out of curiosity what would be your ballpark guess on shipping for those two figures from Japan?

Well amiami and hlj only have you pay once the figure comes out. The cheapest shpping I see on Rodimus is 10-15$ while I think Shockwave will be 25-30$.

I always pre-order from BBTS. Depending on how long it takes them to get the item in, which lately has been way longer than expected, I'll get the figure from RobotKingdom, Amazon, or eBay.

Yeah, they have been missing the ball lately. People have found figures first at retail, like the wave 4 cw deluxes.

Called my local TRU, who are always very helpful in helping me get my hands on any Transformers figures I'm trying to score, particularly the TRU Exclusives. Was lucky enough that they had one MP Starscream in stock. The box was a bit beat up, but I was forewarned of that. Once I got it home, upon further inspection I found that the box had been opened, even down to the clear plastic protective casing for the figure itself. Interestingly enough none of the contents had been removed and or damaged. Mine may have been a return, although I can't imagine someone lucked out, got their hands on this figure and subsequently returned it. A first for me as far as an experience like this at TRU. They were nice enough to accommodate me with a discount for the initial box damage though.

More new images of Masterpiece Hot Rod? Is that even possible? Apparently it is.

Just when you think you've seen enough of Ol' Roddy, AmiAmi comes to the rescue to give you even more of what you've already seen. However, there are some new images to share this time, so it's a tad newsworthy. This news comes to us courtesy of fellow Seibertron staffer mooncake623.

First, clean images without the "DO NOT COPY" watermark. (As if it was going to work, anyway...)
Second, new comparison image with Masterpiece Ultra Magnus and Daniel. (You can see Magnus, along with Daniel, in all his glory in our gallery right here. Oh, and remember to pick up the reissue if you haven't, yet. Amazing figure!)
Thirdly (and finally) an image of his assortment of accessories in better detail.

You're going to say "We've seen these images before!" and for the most part, you have, right here in fact.

So, while they're wringing the photography for all it's worth, might as well feast your eyes on the paltry number of new images left to be seen on this guy. Heck, all we need now is a box image and we're good to go.
