Yeah, me either. Congrats to all the BBTS buyers. I just about ALWAYS order through TF Source. My BBTS Henkei seekers are en route, But no luck on City Commander...

I am in the UK and I pre-ordered from TFsource. Have used them many times before and they havent let me down yet.

They are usually as good as BBTS. I'm sure they are delayed because of the move. I see no need to worry, but I understand how it is hard to be patient after waiting so long, seeing the reviews, and hearing that others are getting theirs. I'm still waiting on mine from TFSource too.

just checking to see if anyone yet that ordered their CC from TFsource got an email saying that theirs was sent out.

i ordered mine back in April and not a peep out of them have I heard.

They claimed they were done moving 10 days ago. Perhaps they are the only online shop right now that has yet to get CC in stock?

Um...you can preorder from BBTS without a credit card. Just choose "I will choose payment method later when payment is due" and then you can pay with PayPal.

Simple as that.

First time dealing with TFSource...and my last. Preordered this thing through TFSource back in April (the 26th according to paypal). Haven't heard a thing from them in 6 months. I wanted this upgrade kit bad so I preoredered one from BBTS last week (which arrived today), and still NOTHING from TFSource. I'm sure I'll get it eventually from the Source, but I'll NEVER do business with them again.

Oh wow dude. Sounds like we all have our CC horror stories. I preordered from BBTS a week ago Monday. Showed it paid for on Thursday. Showed it shipped on Saturday, and I got it Wednesday. I should have preordered both sets from BBTS, but I've learned my lesson about TFSource. Hopefully your CC will be in your collection by the end of the week.

Hmm, seems like this is the first time that TFSource have let me down. I know I will still get it but I would have hoped they would have had the forethought to plan their move around large shipping dispatches to keep the people who paid for their shiny new premises happy.

PLEASE TFSOURCE start shipping.

I remember the listing page saying that there was a no refund policy on this item. I wonder if that still stands seeing as how they have failed to keep to their side of the deal?

I don't get it. TF Source has never dropped the ball like this before. (at least in my case.) I have to admit I am a bit angry. I mean, how in the hell do you call yourself TF Source when everyone who pre-orderd from BBTS (almost every one.) Is playing with the most anticipated release of the year and yet you have failed to at LEAST get it to us around the same time? I know they moved and all but it is no excuse for any of it IMO. And I OWN a business so I know how to keep customers. If I hear back I will post here. Please other TF Source City Commander pre-order's do the same.

Seems like they are responding to people now and telling them that they will START whatever that means sending preordered items out today.

I ordered a THS-02 before from them and it was shipped no problem. But they really bombed on this one.

All they had to do was once everyone in the darn world started getting their CC send an email to all their customers that preordered the figure like me (BACK AH IN APRIL DAMMIT! 2 OF THEM!!!) and apologize. Say that they had to move etc etc and they were working on it and PROMISED that the items would be mailed out on THIS DATE!!!

That would be ok in my book, but not saying anything and responding randomly and not consistently to concerned emails is just weak.

They definitely lost my future business. Buy from Toyarena.com they are better!
