You make claims about Magnaboss you admit you can't back up. I can't know more about what you don't know about than you don't about.

Three warnings and you will be suspended from the boards.

Computron takes that monicker of the best combiner ever, in my world.

But after seeng JTMitchell87's video review, it look like the eagle 'bot, silverbolt, kinda suffer from the infamous GPS. That is really unfortunate because this look like a very cool and interesting TF. I wonder if the Korean version have the GPS fixed on Silverbolt?
I may have to pass on this very cool, very tribal looking thing....
I'm not familiar with the letters GPS but I've never had problems with the toy except it is spectacularly complicated. I bought two of them when they came out and gave one to my kids but of course that one ended up being given away at some point. Aren't most of the rip offs pretty junky? With how complicated it is I imagine a crap version would fall to pieces on the first transformation. I'll have to look it up but I thought most of the beast wars original merchandise doesn't cost much.

The Korean figures produced by Sonokong are not rip offs, knock offs or remakes. They are licensed product, probably produced in the same factories as the Takara versions and in almost all cases identical to the Japanese releases aside from their packaging (I believe there were minor paint differences on the Sonokong Lio Convoy). My Sonokong JRX is one of my most prized pieces and absolutely top quality. Also I'll agree with Jelze that JRX/Rail Racer is the best engineered combiner HasTak have ever produced and if not the best TF ever then certainly deserving of a place in anybody's top ten.

The way it was brought up in two posts it sounded like a remake. It wasn't mentioned in a way that would suggest it is a totally different toy and almost entirely unrelated. I checked it out and it seems to be a recent product (not vintage like Magnaboss) but it does seem to be a rather neat dinobot beast wars combiner. Do you have a picture of your JRX/Rail Racer?

Overall, Magnabos is a good TF. But hardly the best ever in my humble opinion. If you can have him cheap, I recommend it. I got mine brand new, Korean version, for only 40$ with free shipping from Korea!

Do you have some photos of yours? I'm curious how it compares to the real one in color. There are at least a few hundred transformer characters and toys I like more but strictly basing it on transforming it's the best I've seen and there are only a handful of the many thousands of transformers a person who has actually transformed them could honestly argue otherwise.
Is the word fake in my last post under a rub sign? If you feel a remake and the original vintage item are the same that's great you feel that way but I'm not sure I understand the emotion behind your jabs. Do you own part of the Korean company? You don't think a remake could have differently colored plastic?JelZe GoldRabbit wrote:
Again, Korean versions aren't fake, they're officially licensed.

-Kanrabat- wrote:Discharge, speaking of Sonokong, I just got my Korean Magmatron today. He is very impressive. The only fault I find him are the lack of individual robot modes for each dino components. However, that sacrefice was not in vain. The beast modes are all PERFECT.
The combined Magmatron himself is pretty awesome, with avery "Devilman" feel. Unfortunately, mine seem determined to be looking down his chest.
Hoh well...
Now, the only one I miss is the bug combiner. But I really don't like him. King Poseidon complete the trio for me.
