It was an accident, but you cantotally rip RID Warrior Drift's FACE OFF. It just peg there. Having found out earlier, it would have been way more eazy to sharpie his glorious facial hair.

Found 2013 Commemorative Ultra Magnus can now pull deluxe DOTM Optimus Prime's trailer(I don't have a trailer though, but here's why)

This has bigger implications though, as this retool was only previously found in Chronicle G1 Prime, and may mean that the G1 OP mold is already permanently altered...

Turns out that Animated Soundwave has an ankle tilt- on a joint that can go a full 90 degrees, at that. Can't think why it has so much range, other than that it could probably help with botching a boombox (or lamppost) mode out of him

Hey Everyone,
Very cool thread! After reading through every post on every page, I've been able to fix Classic Hotrod's pelvis, Cybertron Primus' feet, Generations Inferno's arm panels, and learned how to combine Classics Optimus with Jetfire!
So, I wanted to give something back, in case anyone is still reading this..
I remember back a few dozen pages some people wondering what to do with Generation Octane's claw weapon, and no truly elegant solutions presented themselves.
Well, I think you might like this:
Universe Octane with Riot Shield

All you need to do is:
1. Slightly un-transform the arm so that the hand and forearm are lined up as if in vehicle mode
2. Collapse the claw into the vehicle mode shell
3. Use the tab for connecting the shell to the forearm in truck mode

Enjoy!

Here's another fun thing...
While putting together a Transformers: The Movie (1986) set using modern figures, I got my hands on a Legends Wheelie and found a way to have him and WFC Grimlock displayed together:

Grimlock's claw is the perfect size to hold on to Wheelie by the shoulder joint - Best friends forever!

Ooh, that is something. Didn't realize those commemorative series releases in recent years were actual releases, thought they were just leftover stock, but guess this would prove they're not!

Isn't the usual solution to give him a second set of wings?

The only version of that I've seen so far requires doing some mod work to his butt-flap.
This is just a convenient way that requires no alterations and evokes his G1 shield.

Those little arm wings on Combiner Wars Cyclonus make fairly decent daggers if you leave them in their vehicle mode position while he's in robot mode.

The mod work is only if you want to be able to 'snap' the shield-wings into place. They hold reasonably OK by friction just by themselves, though.

I never realized the tab on Ultimate Battle Optimus could be pulled out so his chest could be locked into place

I did a quick search but did not see this here.
Generations Leader Jetfire's backpack thruster nozzles can be tilted downward. I've had this figure for about 9 months and just discovered this right now. What a world.

G1 Springer: Sliding shoulder mechanism
It is possible to slide Springer's shoulders either up, or down. It does take a bit of force with my copy (which is a Zhong Jin "Reissue" style KO). However, this ability is really useful. I heve not seen this here @ his Seibertron Toy Gallery http://www.seibertron.com/transformers-toys/gallery/g1-1986/springer/159/1/.

1. Here is ol' Springer, in robot mode, as I like to have him. Shoulders are slid upward.

2. Upper position. Chest raised, you can see the fact that the tires are raised, along with his arms. I use this position for robot mode.

3. Middle position (Not set perfectly flush. You get the idea though). This is where most people seem to have this sliding mechanism at. I use this position for his car mode.

4. Lowest position. I use this position for his helicopter mode.

5. Forward position, on the helicopter mode.

6. Back position, on the helicopter mode.
I do hope that this is interesting to someone out there. Best to all.

Just found out about this myself. Also applicable in the TT Legend version.

Figured out that if you use the hunchback torso bend that CW Motormaster has for his transformation in the torso mode, makes the figure a lot more front heavy, which, for me anyway, makes him a whole hell of a lot better balanced (as he is tremendously backheavy with tiny heels. Plus, it gives him a slightly bestial/berserker vibe with the hunchback look.

Can't give a photo as the camera can't capture it but did you know that MP Sunstorm can change colour to dark green? Try looking at it under only blue led light and 95% of his body goes dark green with only his joints remaining perfectly yellow!
It's the Hasbro version by the way.
