You know it's a just all 6 individual boxes in a single order, right?
Wolfman Jake wrote:I think we're due for more Generations Selects reveals at any time now. We've already had a leak indicating a Micromaster Spy Patrol Selects release from the EB Games computer listings in Canada. Earthrise is just now starting to trickle into North American stores as we approach the "March 2020" launch date, according to pre-order information. Hasbro is also unlikely to unveil any selects releases until after the first mainline use of the mold has been announced. We knew about Siege Prowl long before Siege Smokescreen, for instance. The Micromaster Spy Patrol pack may be one of the first to be announced, but I wouldn't be surprised if we also saw soon a repaint of Wheeljack as Slicer or Exhaust or Starscream as a different seeker (if not Thundercracker or Skywarp, maybe Sunstorm?).

Remember, a lot of selects figures have come out during/around a toy convention, in fact, I think the bulj of them came out in concert with a toy convention

Takara is supposedly putting out a boxed set after the pre-orders are all out some time in April or May. Only problem is they're only selling them in Japan so prepare to pay at least $50 for shipping on top of the sale price. I've all ready started saving.

What if the Selects Spy Patrol pack is: Rumble, Frenzy, Ratbat & Buzzsaw?
Might explain where all those elusive Spy Patrol 2 packs wentThat'd suit me just fine.
Frenzy and Buzzsaw are a given if the rumor pans out. Can only image Ravage and Ratbat will get a repaint of there are any more.D-Maximal_Primal wrote:I just want Frenzy and Buzzsaw so I can finish the main 6 Soundwave cassettes for the first time

Off topic, considering this will be your first complete set, which molds represent who in your collection?
As you know, I have a ridiculous amount of Soundwaves and cassettes. I just recently added the G1 reissues to the ranks.D-Maximal_Primal wrote:Bee movie Soundwave is my Soundwave, and FOC Soundblaster my Soundblaster. I have the TR Laserbeak and Ravage, but Ravage is on my Lost Light self separate from the rest. I have the FOC Buzzsaw, Ratbat, Ravage, Rumble, and Frenzy as well, but they are weaker so I am updating them, plus the Siege ones fit multiples inside the TR molds chest.
The siege/selects ones will be my main cassettes when all is said and done

Wolfman Jake wrote:I know this isn't the Masterpiece thread, but it's relevant to the discussion of Hasbro Pulse delaying the releases of their Takara Tomy products. I just got notified that my MP-19+ Smokescreen preorder is now in stock at TFSource. If other third party sellers are getting their stock on time, why isn't Hasbro Pulse?

Yeah, he and Swoop were not a good start to Selects.
I think that Red Swoop might be the weakest figure to come out since thrilling 30
Nah, 6" is enough for me.william-james88 wrote:You think of upgrading from 5$ footlongs?carytheone wrote: Made me rethink my attitude on paying for a sub.

They seem good redecos on first glance, but their QC leaves a lot to be desired. Clear nail polish is a must.

Exactly. They look to be good, but the QC was miserable. Thankfully the rest of the Selects figures I have gotten did not have issues

I suspect those two may have been rushed a bit actually, given they're "easy to do", to the point they skipped QC altogether. If so, it leads credence to my theory that different plastic colors have different tolerances.
