On Jetfire/Sky Shadow/Jetstorm, flip up the little panel in front of the head. Insert Astrotrain's front landing gear (he can't have his gun underneath for this). It's not a good connection, but he'll sit nicely.

I'd take a picture of my own, but I can imagine it'd look better with Jetstorm, not Sky Shadow.
