er, last time i checked mine, they didn't look like skeletons at all, and the kibble didn't really interfere much with poseability, unlike most of the TFTM toys. in fact, despite what some may say, i find these to be more poseable than TFTMs and whatnot.

how can you misinterpret "futuristic" when in reality you do not know that yet?
G2 and Machine Wars had worse designs than most of these toys. and these toys are the best thing that happened to Transformers since Beast Wars.![]()

i agree with you on this man. (though to be honest, there were some exceptions)

You miss the point. Something Transformers has been aiming for is the complete integration of vehicle parts into the main body of the Transformer. The Movie designs epitomize that goal with the exception of Ironhide and his truck chunks. Animated has taken a different approach to the same concept and to that degree the designs succeed. The Car brothers throw this concept out the window by simply moving the car parts away from the body, leaving the limbs free to move but leaving car chunks everywhere. No integration whatsoever.

A number of TF toys has this silver swirly.

If I recall just gold. This is an good example of a figure with GPS.

Sure, he looks great in Death Star mode, but getting him there with all the panels aligned is just pure luck, not to mention a pain in the arse.
And his robot mode is...well...naff.
