Well, between G1 Bruticus released everywhere, Battle Gaia in Japan, G2 Bruticus released wherever it was released, Vuldigus in Car Robots then becoming RiD Ruination with a couple color changes, then two MORE ruination versions as Wal-Mart exclusives, I'd be surprised if the mold is still intact.
Plus, given the way the G1 reissues tended to sell while TRU had them, I can't see it being a good idea to have a more-expensive Bruticus out there while Universe Ruination was still on clearance.
TRU kinda mishandled the whole thing the first time around, frankly.... Homefully if Soundwave does well, they'll get a second chance and do it right this time. In the off-chance the molds haven't turned to breakfast cereal from the endless parade of Ruinations, Bruticus might even be among their number.

Still..Takara could have reissued him. I also believe it was a problem with renaming. There are no original Combaticon names left...except Swindle and Bruticus

Brimstone?
I actually like him. At least in Beast mode anyway.

Funny... I like his robot mode more. I think it's partly the hands... They have nice articulation for a deluxe. And he's got a fairly clever transformation, to boot.
