BBTS have the first 4 for 55$. Add 19.50$ to ship to Canada.

So, Canadian TrU: 103.48$ total for 4 figure WITHOUT comics.

BBTS: 74.50$ total for 4 figures WITH comics.

Already done. In G1, in the 1980's, it was still "Transformers", but ALL the names were translated. Both the English and French names were on the box and manuals and they were called by their French names in the French dub of the show.

Nowadays, the law gave a break on the names so we can avoid some ridiculous appelations. Still, there's that hardcore faction who want to bring that law back.

Not just that, but Superman is in reality from Australia and not from a different planet. Fact is, if you survive till you're 5 in Australia, you can survive anything.

I don't really care. TFs aren't that expensive in Alberta and the comics are available at comic stores. It's a trivial thing to have the same card artwork on these toys but they're not the reason I buy the toys. I do find it unfortunate that Quebec has to deal with this crap and still pay spiked up TRU prices over the HST or GST/PST added on.

Speaking of HTS, they wont accept non-American Paypal. Credit cards are mandatory. Also, NO FREE SHIPPING. Ever. They charge a minimum of 32$ of FeDex shipping, even for a single deluxe. The cherry on top is they charge a TAX on top of that! For a single toy, it's less hassle and cheaper to pay a scalper off Ebay!

At least, as far as I can tell, Target is kind enough to have French on their exclusives so EVERYONE will be able to buy them.

I know Walmart kinda failed with MP Skywarp. However, recent MP sale figures should give a clue that it's profitable and marketable. With the shitload of MPs that are coming out (kinda a new Alternator line if you ask me) Target could take over the MP cars. If they are reasonably priced, dont make me beleive they will be shelfwarmers.

Come on, Target, get on with the game! And keep putting the French on the packaging. You have just open a dozen stores in Québec. Bring on your exclusives here and try to get the Masterpieces too! We too, have spare income to burn.
