Hey if you still have the control room, could you put in a railing? A simple railing around the edge of the platform? Or are you afraid that people would spend their shifts leaning against it?

No, never! I'd rather they slip into the path of the beam than spend the relatively insignificant amount of money on a railing!

I had thought about something "8 bit" related, but it might be just a phase I'm going through—I'll always love my NES mind you, but I do have other interests. Flogdor almost sounds like a MOTU name, might be something I can work with there. And while I am a Chicago Bears fan, I'm afraid I can't say the same for Pokemon.

The first thing that came to my mind when I read this was Red Falcon. I tried it out for a little while yesterday, but had a hard time picturing myself as a giant alien who spits out snakes and worms at human antagonists.

I had thought of doing something Ninja Gaiden related, back when I had that Ryu Hayabusa avatar from NG1. Black Manta...man that game was tough! Shinobi...even tougher! My friend had that for his Genesis. I think it was more frustrating than fun, but where else are you gonna find Spider Man as a boss?

8 Bit Man stage would consist of mechanized frogs, snails, fish or other small animals that would otherwise be completely harmless in real life, waterfalls that apparently just originate from the sky, clouds that are somehow solid, low to the ground, and can be jumped on as platforms, and other 8-bit cliche backdrops.

8 Bit Man himself can use the might of his Power Glove to temporarily control Mega Man. Fortunately, he is easy to defeat because the Power Glove is almost impossible to use and can be equated to the MM3 Top Man's Top Spin—not the best weapon in Mega Man's arsenal.
