isn't that a criminal offence 
any way no i haven't back when i studied english i got stuck with "kesttrel for a knave" i.e. the film "Kes" and "Of mice and men" as well as some shakespear. but the other classes did but i can't rememberthe jist

Not really HMW related, nor do I see it getting much attention/discussion on GD.
My advise to you is to read the book. It's actually not half bad. Sounds like you may need to get it done for a school project anyways.
