Oh I see that

I thought by looking at it a few times it might be scales on the backside like Godzilla has

Bishop I finally got to see the trailer on apple

There is a scene near the end after the helicoptor takes off.A bridge looks as if it lifting but I do notice something

Its going by fast and sort of looks Godzilla-ish as the bridge is lifted there is something near it in the background.

Can you take the frame and post it here

Its some kind of plant like creature. I just went through frame by frame in the 1080p version (thank you Intel Quad Core) and it definitely looks like a gigantic version of the plant from Little Shop of Horrors. It has a leafy leathery looking texture and what looks like a huge plant bulb on top.

Also anyone notice the chick in the medical bay? She's being held by two biohazard guys as her entire midsection rips itself open into giant flaps. Makes me think the plant infects people and transforms them. And that is what is chasing these folks for much of the movie. Creaped the **** out of me. I'll take some HD images and put them in my next post.

How do you think her midection is ripping open? :-?

All I see is that she looks like she is getting fatter around the midsection

UM.. Mutated plants can have whatever the person that designs them gives them.
As Abrams said, this is a monster that is brand new.

Why the hell else would you think she suddenly balloons up??

There are images where people look to be bleeding from their eyes like they are infected with something.
And in one part where the main character says
"she is dying".
Listen to the effects when the woman balloons up again..

wow, very cool. Thanks for all of that information Cyber Bishop and Muffin. I've been wondering about this movie for quite some time ... like a lot of people have been.

It was nice to stumble in here.

I can't see crap in the photo, but it's probably due to the fact that i'm colorblind. Keep the narrative going, I need it!

the guy on the right, who i think is a monster, is definitely forcing his arm into her right when she starts to blow up. and that noise is one of the worst things ever.

and can any one make a screen-cap of the silloute in the flash when they are saying "what is that?" and "run run run!" please? i think its an infected soldier.

yeah, now that i've seen the hi-def trailer, i've debunked a lot of my own theories

i'm still trying to figure out it is possible for a person to expand like that.

Like I mentioned earlier, one of the earlier working titles was "The parasite"..

After watching the Hi-def trailer and looking at some of the evidence It leads me to think that.

1) there is some sort of monster
2) there is some sort of infection most likely caused by the monster

Wheeljack this is a pix of the bridge. The arrow represents the thing that is "falling"

Same here. And the chick isn't bloating. The front of her is ripping in half and those are the flaps flipping outward. I'm guessing the top curve on each side are her breasts.

Really? I have to look at it again because to me it looks like she is "blowing up"..
