1) Yes they resemble human males. But they're alien robots, why would the males of an alien species look like the males of humans?
2) Female TFs don't bother me, what bothers me is that some people hold to a theory of them producing babies/housing sparks despite the fact that there is no cannon to back it up but there is cannon to show that other pieces of TF tech (such as protoform pods) can do those roles.
3) I'm not disputing that TFs can have personalities that are similar to human genders, just that they reproduce sexually.
1: Who said humanoid shape and form is limited to us on Earth. I mean 2 hands, 2 legs, 2 eyes, etc seem to work pretty good at adaptation. As for males, going for tech specs, with the exception of Strika, who is the girl TF equivilent of Nicole Bass, are stronger ( physically ) than the females, I suspect the wider shoulders, broad chest and thicker extremities house either larger servos & mechanisms, or more of them. And if you still want more about humanoid aliens, being of either fleash or metal, look at Star Wars, Star Trek, etc.....lots of humanoid aliens there, some of them resembling us. Even witnesses to some UFO sightings and those who actually encounter aliens via landings or abductions, said that some of these creatures looked human-like.
2: I myself never said they do reproduce like us. We never seen, with exception to Wheeljack & Ratchet making the Dinobots, Vector Sigma, & the Generation 2 comic,
how they reproduce themselves.
3: Until we get a clear cut answer, like how Klingons in Johnathan Archer's time had ridged, bumpy craniums; while James Kirk's time had smooth-headed, almost human looking Klingons; and then Picard's time having the bumpy heads again, we will never know, and keep having threads like this.
The 2 girl bots in that show were deffinately female.
