They took out half the fun **** I did in San Andreas!
Well, since there's no way I'm getting a PS3 or a 360 in the near-future, I guess I'll have to wait for a PC release.

With how compact Liberty City is, I'm not surprised by them removing Tanks and Planes.

I remember spawning a tank in GTAIII. But I assume that they'd add more space, like how they increased the sizes of Liberty City, Vice City, and San Andreas from GTA1.Senor Hugo wrote:But I can't see them removing the bikes, jetpacks and parachutes.
That part is just weird. I guess this means they won't have as many collectibles as the past games, unless they're adding a new way to reach tall buildings.

Character customization isn't as deep as it was in San Andreas, so you won't be hitting the gym or tattoo parlor to shape your own unique Niko. You can't own property, fly planes, customize cars or parachute off of skyscrapers. In multiplayer, you can choose how your character looks, with options for hair, hats, tops, pants, glasses and more. As you progress in ranked online matches, you'll unlock new looks for your character.

Iron-Man wrote:Just to note. That stuff was indeed removed. They wanted to go with a much more realistic GTA this time around. Sort of like the Getaway, but actually good. Flying a plane around a tiny city makes no sense....And neither does a Russian in a jetpack.

Senor Hugo wrote:They could easily make the GTA IV story the basis for a GTA movie, and it would be beautiful.
