ok this might already be on here but one of my guys just leveled up and i want to get him new weapons but i can't find any

You may have leveled your character up ot Lv 1, but when it comes to stat-based weapons, it depends on how much firepower and skill you have invested in that character.

Give a bot 1+ frp stat, and you'll see some weapons become avaliable for that requirement. Same goes for 1+ skl.

For now, you seem pretty decent as is. Ask around for X-ray Lasers(no-stat weapon) and/or Disruptor Rifles, if any.
