If you're refering to the spoilers in my previous post and you haven't read the leaked script, yeah I suppose none of it would make sense to you.

In the book Megs only pulled out his spark. No eating it or ripping it in half.

...Why can't Ratchet fix BB's voicebox? This film is wrought with so many plotholes and innacurracies, his theory has a possibility of happening.

i think it was completely destroyed, so there was no traces of any part of it so there is nothing to fix.

That's what I think.

In the book when Mikaela asks why they can talk and not BB, Ratchet says: "His vocal-processing symbology was destroyed on the battlefield of Tyger Pax. Despite our best efforts, we have not been able to restore it. There are programmatical complexities involved that you would not understand."


I don't consider this a plothole so much as a underestimate of technological abilities of Ratchet on the writers part.

But as I think about it, recalling the book, the TF can comminicate an entire conversation electronically in the same time it would take us to introduce ourselves. I'm sure that takes quite a lot of complicated stuff so it doesn't bother me so much that BB hasn't been repaired.

I always considered it as being that they didn't have the resources available to fix BB. Perha[s they'll be able to do just that in the second film.
