1. CrimsonPrime's grammar may not be perfect, but it's still much, much better than leviebaby's. It's more of a case of the dark gray sweater calling the kettle black.
2. You don't use proper capitalization. Maybe you should check that before calling people out on their grammar.
3. This ">.>" is called an emoticon. They've been in use since the beginning of the internet. While you can fault people for using them in things like fanfiction or written works, they're practically a staple of forum posts.

Bay is a chronic liar, Spielberg may be going along with it only to try to direct attention away from the director on the matter, improve the overall image of the film as they've been continuously trying to do since peoples opinion of Bay fell after ROTF. Either way, I do not care, they just traded one botox bimbo for another.
To be fair Bay is a chronic liar to us, the Transformers fans, to try and contain spoilers about the films he knows we'll try to dig up. Just look at what happened with DotM. And Bay's never cared what critics think of him, having admitted he makes films for the audience first and formost. While is "apologies" about RotF were fuled by critical opinion, it was Hasbro pushing that agenda. Audiences (the vast majority of them) see nothing to apologize for.
What I'm trying to say is basically that Fox screwed up and got fired for being an air headed b**** to her coworkers and boss. There's no kind of image saving conspiracy at play here.
Burn wrote:Pottermus_Prime wrote:Actually, someone at my partners place of work was fired due to slagging her boss off on facebook, one of the other employees reported it, however she took the company to a tribunal and got reinstated due to a breach of her human rights.
I've seen a number of cases popping up where the person has been terminated via social media, and for some reason they seem to be winning.
Guess you can't beat a good old fashioned in your face "YOU'RE FIRED!"
shamone wrote:- why do people complain about her being in the movie
if its because of the character - blame the scriptwriter
if its her presence - blame the casting crew and director/producers
if its the sexy image she portrayed - blame the director for shooting it that way and leaving it in the edit.
BeastProwl wrote:but the thing that urks me the most is, she's a character, not just an actor. they should have fired her after a DOTM Scene or two, explaining how and why she dumped shia, because they bonded so much in ROTF, I mean, they should at least explain why in the third movie, or have a cameo, or something.... anything, I don't care if she dies!

It's because she's a terrible actress. For that, you blame the actress.BeastProwl wrote:but the thing that urks me the most is, she's a character, not just an actor. they should have fired her after a DOTM Scene or two, explaining how and why she dumped shia, because they bonded so much in ROTF, I mean, they should at least explain why in the third movie, or have a cameo, or something.... anything, I don't care if she dies!
They'll probably mention it in the movie. They spent much of the early scenes in ROTF saying they can't possibly stay together forever, more than likely someone will just say "I told you so!"

It's a common occurrence that many directors don't realize how awful an actor or actress is going to be until it's too late.shamone wrote:The person who employed her, and continued to employ her is to blame for that
While that is true, we can still blame her for being terrible at her job. Having other people work with you doesn't suddenly excuse you for doing a poor job.shamone wrote:besides when did acting matter a damn in the TF movies
I think it was around the time we had to actually watch it.

Careful, you'll get people jumping at you saying that's not a valid arguement. Even though it is.
