as the question states... how do you get minicons?

As of this point in time. You don't.

Long story short, it was something cooked up by old programmers on the game, it didn't work all that great, and after one of the times the game went down a while back, the feature was thankfully disabled.

Yes they are still in the sidebar, but until someone revisits the coding, (and hopefully changes the system into something that is both beneficial and works) Is is just a remnant of a previous error.

Minicons are reserved for people who subscribe to and donate to the HMW2.0 project. :grin:

Editor is right, the poor minicon link has been dead for some time. And at the moment looks like it will be for while longer.

I wish someone would finally remove that link.... Or at least post a sticky with the title 'no, you cant have any minicons'.

We did have a known bugs sticky up a while back, no idea where it went though.
