Minicons and how to get them

I just recently got to lvl 1 and I noticed the minicon attactment... How do I go about getting minicons?

Just remember, you were warned about them as you entered the website. They don't tell you about the Sharkticons or the Minicons because they are here to even themselves out.
One annoys the other, the other eats the annoyer...... The Nuts rule HMW.
I'm kinda indifferent about these Minicons. I have this feeling, everyone's going to need them just to compete. Kinda like battle Blades were.
