Well I already asked in another thread for the ability to send energon between factions so I could pay an Autobot to beat him up.

Besides, it's true. Name a leader better then Optimus Prime, where almost all of his underlings are loyal to him through friendship and respect, not fear, and where every enemy respects and a majority fear him. Captian America's a close second. But Captian America sucks and can't transform.
