But the rest are redecos of toys that I still see in stores. And yet they are selling out. It might take a week to sell off all the Wheeljacks but it's still just 1 week. So my question is, what's with this appetite for these repaints?
Helps that Red Alert and Impactor haven't been in stores for a year so anyone getting (back) into Transformers with the Netflix show would have had to go to the aftermarket to get them. Wheeljack? Don't know, haven't actually seen any of these sell out yet so I don't know what kind of interest there is in him over the ones that just went on clearance at Walmart.

Wolfman Jake wrote:I checked a few Walmart stores earlier today, hoping against hope to find Netflix Soundwave. Instead, the shelves were devoid of almost ANY Transformers Generation products, Earthrise or Netflix. Even the Cyberverse stuff was almost gone. One store had a few of leftover Netflix Wheeljacks and a lone Netflix Bumblebee. The good news is that most of the Netflix Megatrons and Hotlinks have been sold off. Walmart better get on reordering more Netflix wave 2 product pronto, but I have a feeling they don't care, because they're Walmart.

Due to a new lockdown, Walmarts can only sell "necessity" items, so hardware, good and pharmaceuticals. So the toy section is completely walled off. Will be like that for the next 2 weeks at least.

I like the mold enough that I already have both Siege and Amazon Fan Vote Impactor, and want to get Netflix Impactor to have all three versions.Starseeker wrote:I'm curious what everyone's thoughts are regarding Netflix Impactor vs Siege Impactor. I'm trying to decide which one to get. I know it's the same mold, but with Netflix Megatron being so much better than his regular Siege figure, I'm wondering if this is the case for Impactor as well.

Caelus wrote:My wife pointed out something interesting about the prehistoric Predacons. I said that everyone was complaining because transforming for them mostly consisted of them just standing up-right. She essentially said, 'So? That's what our ancestors did.'

I asked an employee to scan the Voyager tag on the shelf, and it showed 21 "on hand" at the store, though there was absolutely nothing on (or above) the shelves AND there was no information on a pallet assignment in the back. Neat! Go home, Walmart, you're drunk!
