Right I know that if you don't have an account, how can one make a post? Well people seem to be finding a way, so if you happen to know of someone who's lost their account/HMW data please make a single post here. The post must include the errant username and preferably the profile number they were associated with.

Be warned though that this recent problem with the boards will most likely take precedence, so I cannot promise anything close to a schedule.

dillonnaruto and bee are two that I know of.

Snoball cannot log in either because of a lost account. It keeps telling him that "The Username you entered does not exist in our database. "

I'm sorry to have to say it, but any accounts created between the database switchover on Sunday and the big crash on Thursday will not be recoverable.

So far in this thread, that affects:

Woogicus
Xane

Sorry guys, but all I can ask you to do is to re-register. Hope you stick around and get back into HMW!

Please also see the Announcement at the top of this forum regarding HMW data from accounts registered between Sunday and Thursday this week. While the accounts themselves are not recoverable, HMW data from them may be. Please post in the announcement thread as soon as possible if this affects you.

Yes... along with the other 100 HMW players whose accounts haven't transferred over and the 1,126 non-HMW accounts which need to be verified for re-transfer. Please be patient.

The SkyStorm account has now been restored and you should be able to log in normally.

Duckietron: I'm afraid I can't currently restore your son's account because it has the same email address as yours and the new table strictly enforces the unique email rule to help prevent multi-accounts. Is there another email address you could use for bee's account? The data's all there, it's just the email that's the problem.

Ribdasca: Furyions' account is affected by the same problem as bee's.

DISCHARGE: had your brother played HMW before the crash? I can't find any record of a HMW account for 'xane'. Or did he originally sign up with a different name and then changed it to xane?

No problem. The account has been updated and transferred so he should be able to log in now.
